Quiet holiday
Pros: Well positioned towards the beach, very kind host, helped us with useful information and with the taxi from the airport and back (we needed an extra taxi for 7 pieces of luggage), quiet area, very spectacular sea view,
Cons: one minus if we can say is the second bedroom which has no window facing the outside towards the sun but towards a dark courtyard/interior technical area in the middle of the block where the sewage pipes pass (quite noisy in the morning), but it compensates with the other two rooms.

Stunning Views and Great Location, with Minor Inconvenien
Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, situated in a central area of the city surrounded by numerous cafes and restaurants, and conveniently close to the main street. The apartment features two balconies with breathtaking sea views—one connected to the living room and the other to the bedroom. The service was excellent; a staff member kindly waited for us at the building entrance, guided us to the apartment, and was incredibly friendly. The owners were also very responsive and readily available throughout our stay.
Cons: The bathroom door didn’t lock, which was quite inconvenient, and the interior doors didn’t block noise, so we could hear everything happening in the living room from the bedroom. Despite these issues, it’s still a fantastic apartment overall.

Amazing stay in heart of Larnaca
Pros: Very clean and comfortable apartments! Great location: - sea, beach, promenade view from two balconies. One day there was no clouds and we seen beautiful sunrise. - in short walk old center, Lazarus church, Fort, Marina, municipal market, restaurants and bars. Host provided plenty recommendations. - Small supermarkets in short walk. Great facilities - everything what we needed.. (Also electric adapters provided by hosts were very helpful). Nice kitchen and kitchenware - we used it for early home breakfasts. Alex and Martha are very kind and helpful for any questions, responding immediately. They also arranged us transfer to airport at night. Easy self check-in, tea, coffee, free WiFi. Definitely great apartments, where you like to stay longer. Hope we will return some day.

Larnaca is absolutely amazing! the location of this apartment is superb
Pros: location! close to the beach, restaurants and shops
Cons: the bed. we were sleeping on an actual sponge mattress with just the fitted sheet covering it. would have been better if they had a mattress protector on it

Pros: I don't usually leave comments but here I have to. The flat was great, two steps to the beach, clean, tidy. The place was completely equipped, we didn't miss anything, we even had extra towels for the beach. The staff, with whom we were in constant contact, also deserve thanks, we were given a whole list of recommended places and restaurants. I have never encountered such service, it deserves a thank you!!!

Pros: המיקום של הדירה מעולה, הים מעבר לכביש במרחק דקה הליכה. הדירה ממוקמת ממש בלב העניינים אך עם זאת בלילה עם חלונות סגורים הרעש לא חודר ואפשר לישון בשקט. המארחים מאוד אדיבים, הייתה לנו בעיה עם ההסעה לשדה והם דאגו לנו למונית והיו מאוד זמינים לכל שאלה לאורך כל השהות. מומלץ בחום.

Pros: Апартаментът е с прекрасно местоположение, на първа линия и до множество ресторанти и магазини. Изключително удобно е възможността за късно настаняване. Собственикът е много внимателен и бързо се отзовава на всяко питане и ни даде много интересни препоръки за места, които да посетим. В апартамента има всичко необходимо за хубава почивка. Благодаря за приятния и удобен престой.
Cons: Мебелите трябва да се реновират, тъй като са малко стари, няма кафе машина и тоалетната чиния се клатеше, а в кухнята има балатум, а не плочки или паркет. Би било добре да има по един резервен комплект чаршафи и кърпи, както и телевизия различна от местната.
