Pros: Great location, very friendly and pleasant host, the apartment has everything you need

Central location right by the beach, balcony nice to sit on.

Pros: Great central location, very clean and comfortable beds. Easy check in and very good and fast communications with the owners. Great price.

Cons: Slightly dated and would have liked more cooking equipment and bowls etc as we did cook and eat in a fair bit. The cooker hob was erratic to use when the oven was also on.

Great stay overlooking Finikoudes.

Pros: Great location and view. We were looked after very well by Alex, who was very accommodating.

The Best place

Pros: The hotel room was very nice, and everything you needed was in close proximity, restaurants, shops, taxi. Nice View, great conditions and Alex, the owner is a very very nice guy, really helpful with everything we needed. Thank You for a wonderful time, when we will come back we will stay in the same place.

Perfect for summer holidays

Pros: Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, big and in city center. The owner was very helpful and polite. The best place for holidays. Opposite the beach and surrounded with restaurants, bars, cafeterias and shops.

Great property and would rent again

Pros: Great location. Immaculately presented in a good quality building.

Cons: Nothing really. Not a smart TV so no options for Netflix, Discovery etc but hey your outside most of the time in the sunshine.

Excellent location and lovely hosts

Pros: This is certainly one of the best location for a couple of days in Larnaca. The city center is just there, the bus station to all cities in Cyprus - or to the airport- is just in front of the house, the beach is great and all restaurants are in the vicinity. Then the hosts are really kind and helpful and the equipment is sufficient for a stay. Then then…. For the courageous : one of the best possible sunrise !

Cons: Slightly kitsch deco and slightly noisy, depending on where you are by the street but really nothing dramatic.

Highly recommended becaquse of perfect locale and accomodations.

Pros: Splendid location, just over the beach and 150 metres from bus stop. Perfectly soundproofed so there was no annoying street noise.

Cons: The only quibble one can have was that there was no safe in the apartment.

Pros: Great apartment in probably the best position on Finikoudes. Excellent communication from the owner. Highly reccomended.
