Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we made wonderful memories.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely ideal — close to everything: restaurants, bus stations, shops, and the beach, all within walking distance. The view is simply stunning and made the whole experience even more special. The host gave us a very warm and friendly welcome, which we truly appreciated. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Both the heating and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Cons: The only inconvenience was the way the hot water system worked, which was a bit difficult to manage at times.

Front sea view Finnikoudes

Pros: The apartament was one of the finnest we had over the years. Freshly painted, sparkling clean, new furniture and all one can need for a holiday. Best location in Larnaca with front sea view, both from living room and one of the bedrooms. And Alex & Martha are exactly what a landlord should be. They made our trip better everytime we stayed with them.

Pros: Ein sehr schönes Appartment mit der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Alle üblichen Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und sind sauber. Die Wohnung selbst, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren ebenfalls sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen gefühlt. Alex und Martha sind sehr herzlich. Sie haben uns alle nötigen Infos schon vorab zugeschickt und wir haben uns vor Ort super zurecht gefunden. Von daher gab es keine Probleme beim Zugang zu der Wohnung. Sie reagieren sehr schnell, wenn man sich an sie mit einer Frage wendet. Der Kontakt zu Alex und Martha war für uns sehr angenehm und die schöne Wohnung bleibt in Erinnerung. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen! :)

Świetna Lokalizacja, super widok z balkonu.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu. Nie miałyśmy dużych oczekiwań co do apartamentu, więc te kilka dni dało się przeżyć. Fajnie że były dostępne ręczniki na plażę. Dla kolejnych gości zostawiłyśmy papier toaletowy, ręcznik papierowy, kawę, herbatę. Blisko przystanek autobusowy. Jeden pokój był bez okna.

Cons: W 3 dzień naszego pobyty zaczęli robić chodnik pod budynkiem, nauczona już, że trzeba brać zatyczki do uszu na wyjazdy, udało się trochę pospać z rana 😂

Lep apartman na samoj obali

Pros: Odlicna lokacija na samoj obali,sve je blizu,besplatan parking na 3 minuta hoda,autobuska stanica ispred zgrade,veliki broj domacih odlicnih restorana,KFC i Mecdonalds ispred zgrade. Ujutru prelep pogled na izlazak sunca na pucini.

Cons: Ujutru je buka ispred zgrade ali to je cena kad zelite da ste na samoj obali u centru.
