Pros: Apartment was nice and location also, everything was near, not loud, great comfy appartment.
Cons: Some small things could be fixed like, freezer doors, toilet cabinet, shower is in need of cleaning, windows not closing fully, apartment doors constantly making noise from wind, but overall its was great.

Pros: Location was great for beach, bars, restaurants and airport bus close by. Generally the flat was very nice, the host was on hand to attend any issues with great communication.
Cons: The sofa is worn out, shower leaks, communal stairways need a good clean up.

Pros: Très bon emplacement, à 2 pas de la grande plage de Finikoudes, avec accès à tous les restaurants et cafés du bord de mer. Aussi a proximité des bus intercités pour rejoindre les autres grandes villes de Chypre, et des stations de vélos partagés pour découvrir la côté de Larnaca d'un bout à l'autre. Nuit plutôt calme malgré la proximité avec la vie nocturne.
Cons: L'appartement en lui-même est correct, le seul bémol serait l'immeuble en lui-même, qui pourrait présenter un peu mieux. Aussi, 1 seule clé disponible, attachée à la carte qui permet d'activer l'électricité, ce qui n'est pas pratique pour un couple par exemple, devoir éteindre les lumières pour pouvoir ouvrir ou fermer la porte.

Pros: Location si great! You are almost on the beach. At one side at the balcony you can watch the sea and sunrise. I would like to comeback there.
Cons: Apartment is good but on the picture it looks like better. There were white ants and we informed the stuff. They have been sent the maintenance team but after their intervention ants still have been there. Every day. We requested on the 5th day to change the towels but they didn't. By the way, I have to note that we have great communication with their team. Also it was really hard (a few times at the beginning) to open the door of the apartment. You have to know the tactics. My recommendation to this agency is to let the guests know that they need to pay a high amount of the deposit. Yes, we found it later on Booking but havent't informed about it after we booked the apartment.

Pros: Huoneisto oli siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja todella keskeisellä paikalla. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki pienen aterian valmistamiseen. Rauhallinen sijainti vaikka oli ihan keskustassa. Loistava valinta. Opastus perille ja avainten nouto sujui hyvin. KIITOS
Cons: Rappukäytävässä parantamisen varaa ja hissi meni rikki viimeisenä iltana. Näille asioille ei asunnon omistaja toki voi mitään

Der Aufenthalt war sehr zufriedenstellend und ich kann die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!
Pros: Die Lage war sehr gut , in einer Seitenstraße , gleich beim Strand und Hafen. Gleich in der Nähe (10 Min.) befindet sich der Busbahnhof und dahinter der kostenlose Parkplatz der Stadt! Gleich unten gibt es die Möglichkeit entweder an der Strandpromenade zu Frühstücken oder in der Gasse neben dem Appartment in einem Secret Lokal namens \
Cons: Leider bekam ich die genauen Informationen zur Unterkunft (Adresse, Schlüsselübergabe, Wifi Daten) erst einen Tag nach der Ankunft per Mail. Jedoch hatte der Taxifahrer eine funktionierende Telefonnummer ausfindig gemacht , wodurch wir die Daten etwas umständlich, aber doch noch bekamen. Danach hat die Kommunikation über Whats app gut funktioniert. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist schon etwas gebraucht und im Badezimmer könnten mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher sein. (z.B: Türhaken)
