Beautiful modern villa in Protaras.

Pros: Beautiful quiet location. The villa had everything we needed and our stay was very comfortable. Clean and spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen were great! Lovely sized private pool which was cleaned regularly by staff.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike about the property! We loved everything.

We had a really lovely stay, everything was fine. Just wish the pool got the sun all day.

Pros: Really nice and clean, with exceptional kitchen / living area and comfortable bedrooms. We were also regularly visited by a very sweet little black cat, as animal lovers we didn’t mind at all. If you see her please feed her <3

Cons: The pool loses the sun around 2pm (in September) which meant we couldn’t do a full pool day and always had to go somewhere else in the afternoons. It also backs out onto what seems to be a field so the wind would blow in lots of soil and we also had a lot of ants and found a few cockroaches even tho we kept everything clean and never left food out.

Pros: Lovely property, well equipped! Clean and lovely pool!

Cons: Some brief maintenance would make it perfect: - One of the doors to the bedroom rubs against the floor, my kids struggled with it - The shower in the ensuite and downstairs needs tightening, both seem loose. - BBQ has seen better days These are super minor issues

Great place to escape with your friends and as being local to feel like you are tourist on vacation!

Pros: Very nice property with good value for money. On the arrival cleaning ladies noticed that we had a baby and they offered a baby cod, nice gesture. It had washing and drying machine which is convenient. Close to beach which is less crowded than protaras and agia napa. Quiet neighborhood

Cons: Its not critical at all, but property needs small refreshment/renovation. Also its a bit noisy inside house between rooms and floors - might be critical to someone who is light sleeper and with babies

Erholsame Ferien in einer schönen Umgebung

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus. Tolle Lage und wunderbare Aussicht auf ein Feld. Gute Restaurants in Reichweite

Cons: Das Haus ist wahrscheinlich nicht mit den besten Materialien gebaut, so dass bereits das eine oder andere ausgetauscht werden könnte. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört

Villa da effetto WOW

Pros: La villa è bellissima! La struttura è pensata alla perfezione, parola di architetto! La piscina privata con tanto di cascata e di materassini strappa un clamoroso effetto WOW. L’arredamento si adatta perfettamente al contesto. Finire la giornata con un bagno rinfrescante ed una grigliata di pesce ti mettono in pace con il mondo! Super consigliata!

Cons: Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è dei più convenienti ma la villa è davvero bella…….
