Pros: Hosts are great! We have never had such polite and welcoming hosts. They respond to massages instantly. They are willing to solve every problem instantly. The apartment was o.k.

Cons: We rented an apartment with view on the backstreet. Next time we shall take one with view on the beachfront.

Nice, clean apartment in a great location on the beach

Pros: what I liked best was the host of the apartment....what a fine gentleman that went out of his way to be sure that I was satisfied with every part of my stay. Plus the apartment itself was as advertised. I enjoyed my stay.

Best hosts ever, best location, comfy

Pros: Location is the best ever - right across the street you'll get to beautiful Finikoudes beach, while there are all the cafes, restaurants, bars and shops around you. Also, the bus station for all the buses you may need is on 3 min walking distance. Huge THANKS to Alex and Martha, who are amazing hosts, willing to help for anything we needed.

Cons: No negative things. The only advice I could give (but it's truly a minor one) - it would be nice to replace the shower curtains with a sliding door, just for a hygenic reasons.

Best place to stay in Larnaca!

Pros: The apartment is much bigger and nicer in real life. Big enough for two people for sure. The location is excellent- in the center of Larnaca, right next to the beach, many shops, bars and restaurants near by (starbucks, burger king, kfc and tgi friday right next to it- but there are much more places around). Eventhough it's in the center- it's very quiet and dont hear anything from the street. The apartment is well equippt with everything you need. Alex, the owner, is super nice and smiley and always available to help and assist. I highly recommend staying here for your Larnaca vacation. Thank you Alex!

Pros: First of all, we got very detailed and clear instructions about all our vacation aspects from Alex and it really help us in our 1st time in Larnaca. All his recommendation were perfect! The location is the best in Larnaca, I think. We can't say what we like more - everything was really nice. Alex and Martha always were ready to help, and they did it.

Odlican apartman u centru Larnake

Pros: Marta i Aleks su profesionalci u ovom poslu,od momenta rezervacije do povratka u Srbiju bili su nam na raspolaganju 24/7.Zgrada je novije gradnje,apartman je na drugom spratu.Tiho je i mirno jer gleda na parking.Zgrada je u samom centru,tu su sve moguce brze hrane,restorani,supermarketi.Plaza je odmah ispred,cista,plitka voda.Bolje plaze su u Aja Napi i Protarasu,tamo mozete autobusom koji staje na par metara od zgrade,Aleks i Marta su nam objasnili kako i kojim autobusima ici do boljih plaza.Ovi divni ljudi imaju svoj restoran ispred zgrade gde ostvarujete popust kao njihovi gosti,napravili su poseban meni za goste svojih apartmana.Apartman ima ves masinu,starija ali funkcionalna tako da mozete garderobu i peskire svakodnevno prati.U apartmanu ima i pegla i daska za peglanje i fen..Sve je kako izgleda na fotografijama.

Cons: Jedini problem je bila klima.Odlicno,brzo hladi ali nema mogucnosti da se duvanje podesi na neku drugu stranu,duva direktno u krevet.Vec prvo vece smo se pozalili Aleksu i dosao je kroz par minuta,objasnio nam da nema mogucnosti da usmeri hladjenje na drugu stranu i predlozio da krevet pomerimo.Soba je prostrana pa nije problem bio pomeriti krevet do stola sa televizorom.

Excellent location. Super accessible. Very convenient.

Pros: the host walked us into the apartment and explained. Property is super accessible from public transport. Property is on the beach and has all the restaurants in a hop-skip and jump position.

Cons: There are a bunch of things: There is strangely a key for lights in the room; that key in the ring is fused with the door key too so you always have to struggle a bit in pitch darkness. Also the corridor till the elevator has a sensor light and it seldom starts till you reach the elevator. It is so dark even during the day that a mobile torch is required. Not a single room has beach view (host told me). Has a parking view. The balcony door does not fully close. Can't throw toilet paper in the commode (maybe it is Cyprus law).
