It s ok
Pros: The apartment and the view of the beach is nice. We enjoyed the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped The towels and bad sheets were clean. Good location.
Cons: The apartment could use some maintenance and better cleaning, dust on the floor, the walls were dirty, same with the leather sofa. The kitchen faucet was leaking, bathroom door handle broken. There is a dishwasher but no detergent for it, for 3 days it makes no sense to go and buy detergent and stuff. The HVAC fans were very dirty and full of dust so if you need AC or heating it s going to be bad. Maybe this are not big issues but when you pay 430Euro for 3 days you would like to be a little better. If we return in the area we will try something else for that budget.

A very nice apartment in a good location with a stunning view balcony.
Pros: Very good location with an amazing sea view. We had 2 balconies and the balcony was the highlight. It was a very good size and facing the sea. The host was amazing and answered any queries in a timely manner. The apartment is close to many amenities and nice restaurants. Apartment is clean and kitchen is well equipped. There are some nearby car parks with daily fees if you need to rent a car.
Cons: Beds were very low and uncomfortable. The apartment doesn't have a proper mirror for dressing. There is no facility to keep the luggage when our flight was late in the evening after the check out. The apartment is on top of cafes and in the middle of the marina and can be noisy but for us it was entertaining.

Pros: duzy apartament, 2 sypianie i dwa duże balkony w pierwszej linii z widokiem na morze i palmy w samy centrum, nad głównym deptakiem , 5 pietro więc nawet hałas z ulicy nie jest uciażliwy, lokalizacja, chyba nie mgłaby byc lepsza. w zasięgu kilku kroków wszystko co potrzeba.
Cons: wystrój mieszkania to raczej lata 90- te , ale czystość i lokalizacja rekompensuje wszystko

Pros: Amazing views to the Finikoudes beach! Since the terraces are facing east, you also get astounding sunrise views from the main bedroom and the living room. Excellent facilities and location---shops, parking lots, restaurants and bars are nearby. Completely worth it, I definitely recommend it to anyone who's visiting Larnaca.

Kitűnő helyen lehet a napfelkeltében gyönyörködni
Pros: Az apartmanház közvetlenül a parton helyezkedik el. Gyönyörű kilátás a tengerre, és a sétányra, az erkélyről lehet gyönyörködni a napfelkeltében. Az utcán lévő zaj nem annyira zavaró az 5. emeleten. Tágas minden helyiség, kényelmesen lehet közlekedni a lakásban, főleg a konyha, étkező, nappali helyiségben.
Cons: Talán egy dolog, hogy a két hálószobában nem tudtuk külön szabályozni a légkondit.

Pros: A szállás teljes felszereltsége és a tisztasága mellett a tengerpartra néző hatalmas ablakok tették örömtelivé a nyaralás idejét. A tengerpart 100 m,a helyijarat ,ami a repteret is érinti 200 m távolságban volt a szállástól.Ebből a buszmegállóból több távolsági járat is indul,amivel be lehet járni a környező strandokat.A szállásadókkal e-mailen kommunikáltunk, és minden esetben,gyors , kedves és segítőkész választ kaptunk.A szállás a parti sétány fölött van, ezért a környéken rengeteg étterem,fagyizó található.Az éjszakai élet nagy, de az ablakok jól hangszigetelnek.
Cons: Elégedettek voltunk mindennel,nem volt olyan dolog,ami nem tetszett volna.
