Pros: The villa was perfectly located, if you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The beach is not ideal, there are many rocks, but a few houses next door there is a place for swimming. We were there at the end of August, the sea was pleasantly warm, no people anywhere, a few tourists. Everything was great. I do not recommend going there without a car, we had a car, great price 200e for the whole week, restaurant and groceries 3 minutes by car, we went to the town of Aiya Napa every evening for a walk and dinner, 10 minutes by car. Wolt is available, they will bring everything to your room within 50 minutes. It was peaceful and relaxing, the pool is great, with a sea view.

Cons: The villa needs some minor repairs, the terrace doors cannot be closed well from the outside, if you don't want animals in the house you have to be careful about that. We have also been in this type of accommodation several times and upon arrival we had a full fridge, now it was empty, it would definitely be nice to have 1 beer, 1 wine, ham, cheese and something small for at least 1 day on the way... the only serious problem was cockroaches... luckily we only had them for the last 2 days, you have to be careful, if you leave something on the line overnight, cockroaches will swarm...

Amazing house with probably the best view we have ever had

Pros: Well designed spacious house located at the seashore. The entire space both inside and outside is beautifully designed and planned in a very convenient way. The view is beautiful from almost all the rooms. The kitchen is equipped well. The entire place feels like the owner lives there, not like the place you rent. The host is very friendly and helpful. A bit pricey but 100% worth it!

Pros: Corner of paradise just couple of steps from doorway. Everything was just like in pictures, beds very comfortable, 3 bathrooms, lots of towels on villa. Everything prepared for cooking - pans, pots and all sorts of cutlery if you fancy to make breakfast and enjoy sea or pool view. Washing machine and dishwasher in fully working order, basically, makes you feel like just in home. Home owner very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Pool was quite deep. Should consider mention this if anyone else is booking with small children.

Would recommend to anyone

Pros: Superb views and location. Nice little sandy bay a few mins walk away too. Also, every request for local information or the surroundings was promptly and politely looked after.

Pros: A szállás szép, közvetlen tengerparti, a medencét minden nap tisztították, jó az elosztása Ár érték arányba szerintem nagyon jó.

Cons: Kicsit messze van a központtól ezért autó nélkül nem ajánlom, csótányok vannak, nincs lépcső a medencébe, a nyílászárók és egy két rész a házba felújjításra szorul.Áram problémák voltak, a kávégép akkor működik amikor ő akar.

Pros: Вид на море прямо из постели, а также пляж в 1 минуте ходьбы прямо из виллы

Cons: босейн с подагровом был холодный, видимо его не включили за несколько дней зарание а только перед самым нашим заездом

Pros: Beautiful villa right on the beach. Very relaxing and easy to get to wherever we needed to go.

Cons: Could do with a short guide on using appliances, finding light switches, etc.

Pros: Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer Erholung pur. sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Bei Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen von der Vermietung. Der Pool war ein Traum

Cons: Kakerlaken im Erdgeschoss. Klimaanlage ging 2 Nächte nicht in einem Zimmer
