Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Villa 361! The location is perfect — right in the heart of Protaras and just a short walk to Fig Tree Bay and other beautiful beaches. The villa is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace. The bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The free private parking and Wi-Fi were also a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. Overall, a great place for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended!

An excellent house for a family vacation.
Pros: The friendly host personally met us and handed over the keys, showing us everything—it was very kind.A beautiful, well-maintained villa with a very cozy atmosphere. It’s clear that the owners care for the property—it feels like a real Greek home! Everything you could need is provided, and even more. We especially appreciated the canopy over the terrace. There are restaurants nearby and a large Lidl just a 3-minute walk away. The beach is about 8 minutes on foot, and at the same time, the house is tucked away from the noisy streets.

A stay straight from Mamma Mia
Pros: I really liked this place, quite close to the beach but far enough that you don't hear the noise coming from the main tourist street. Close to Lidl so you could easily do grocery shopping. Close to the Easy Divers diving center with Polish staff, which I highly recommend. We were delighted by the large terrace with sunbeds, two tables with chairs and a barbecue area. A bottle of wine in the fridge upon arrival was an extremely nice gesture on the part of the host. I liked that I didn't have to worry about anything, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags were all in place, and communication with the host was smooth.
Cons: I'm not sure, but the grill chimney is probably clogged because all the smoke was blowing towards us and not up. It wasn't really a big problem to us and to be honest there's nothing to complain about

Pros: This is bueatiful villa with very warm hospitality from owner. Very good location - on the quiet street which is parallel of the main tourist street. So we had a silence by night and very short distance till the resturants, beachs, shops etc (about 10 min by steps). All equipment and facilities in the villa in the very good order, everything required for your life with family presented. I hope we will come back again one time

Pros: Все чудово. В помешкані є все необхідне. Власник відповідає на питання відразу.тільки приємні спогади від проживання.
Cons: Шум з вулиці.Хоча б один кухонний( гострий) ніж.

Pros: Это было великолепно.Чисто, красиво, в доме есть все удобства и всё до мелочей было супер.Хозяин просто супер, встретил нас и был всегда на связи, хотя мы не знаем английский, он смог всё чудесно рассказать.❤️Так же порадовал нас сладостями и бутылкой вина.В доме даже есть гриль, вся техника в отличном состоянии.В доме было всё от гигиены, до полотенец простых и пляжных, так же много посуды.Мы жили неделю, это было просто чудесно😎💯Очень рекомендую всем эту виллу, если мы еще раз окажемся на Кипре, то будем жить только у Деметриса.🌴🌷рядом с морем🌊⛱️
