Pros: Beautiful setting, quiet, all the amenities you need including washing machines and cooking facilities. Andreas was a lovely host and we would definitely book again! If you’re looking for a taste of rural Cyprus, this is definitely the place for you. The WiFi was superb!

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, although I appreciate that it’s not to everybody’s taste.

A unique accommodation in an excellent location for exploring the island!

Pros: Noah House is a very unique accommodation! This converted boat with a special charm in a very quiet and rural environment offers all that you need for a self-catering holiday. It is surely not a luxury appartment, but it is excellent value for money. With a rental car you can explore the island with less than an hours drive to Limassol, Troodos, Nikosia or Agia Napa and less than 15 minutes to Larnaca. Andreas is a very friendly and helpful host. I hope to return to this outstanding place some time!

Pros: Andreas is very kind and accomodating. He picked me up at the airport in Larnaca in the middle of the night for 25 euros, and the next day took me to the best grocery store in the area for 10 euros. I didn´t want to rent a car immediately, and especially, I didn´t want to drive there myself in the middle of the night, which was a good decision. When I finally did rent a car I had a lot of fun exploring the island coastline and the mountains. But I was very content just staying in Paradise Garden, petting the cats, cooking my own food and sunbathing. It was a very relaxing vacation with much variation in the weather and a premature experience of spring, with beautiful flowers, birdsong and warmth from the sun. Just what I was looking for. The company of the cats and the beautiful views made it very special for me.

Cons: It was springtime in Cyprus and the nights were quite chilly, at about 10 degrees celsius, and the temperature was unfortunately the same inside the houseboat, with no heating system installed. I got to borrow a moveable gas heater from Andreas, but I had to use several thick blankets and a warm pyjama to be able to sleep without shivering. As I said, Andreas is very accomodating, when you ask him for things, but sometimes it would be better to anticipate the customers wants and needs, to prevent any complaints. You need a rental car to stay here and you need to consider that there is quite a long and narrow gravel road that leads up to the farm.

Pros: Andreas was really helpful and he is such a nice warm hearted person. The boat house is simple but good for the price and the place is really a paradise. Perfect to enjoy relaxing breakfast in beautiful silent nature. The cats are super lovely!

A great place to stay when visiting Cyprus

Pros: A very good and quiet location, easy to reach any part of the island from there. Views of the sea. Very quiet and peaceful, excellent for self-catered holiday. Has a local visiting cat.

Cons: Difficult to find the location at night, GPS does not show the correct route, a clearer sign towards the location would be useful. The power generator occasionally failed at night, leaving the house without power and running water.

Pros: This is so perfect accommodation for all types of people, in so nice Noah Boat House, so comfortable and clean with all facilities. Was really joyful to enjoy stay in green paradise, with pomegrate, fig, lime trees and so open hearted host Andreas, who helped us always when we ask, even when we were lost in the middle of night. I really adore host people like this, so kind, so careful for the guests. This green paradise is offering so much a wide arc of enjoyment, two terraces, living room with equiped kitchen and tv, bedroom, private bathroom, private parking, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, wire for drying laundry, barbecue. All that you need. From time to time two cute cats can join your company. Geographical position is so good in the south close to Larnaca and airport and so close to everywhere. Nearest city is Kiti and nearest beaches are Careta and Mazotos. Thank you so much Andreas for guidance 😁

Wenn man Land und Leute kennenlernen will, kann ich nur empfehlen, dorthin zu fahren. Das war Urlaub, wie er sein soll.

Pros: Herrliche Einzellage irgendwo auf dem Feld, fernab von Tourismushochburgen, Mahlzeiten zwischen Olivenbäumen, den ganzen Tag Sonne. Andreas ist ein unglaublich herzlicher und gastfreundlicher Mensch, es fühlte sich sehr familiär an.
