Very good, would consider booking again.

Pros: Excellent location for the Strip, bars and restaurants etc and not too far from the beach. Very light and airy and lots of space downstairs, and outdoor space was very good too. Well equiped kitchen with a pod coffee maker as well as all the usual appliances. Clean and tidy, spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space and hangers. Very responsive management when we needed anything (extra adapter plugs etc), quickly sorted out. Lovely welcome pack with milk, bread, wine, jam, coffee and tea etc, appreciated. Good towels and complimentary toiletries. Good air conditioning. Pool lovely and cleaned twice while we were there. Relatively quiet considering it's location on a main road and surrounded by other villas.

Cons: Be very careful on the steps into the pool, very slippy and curved, I slipped off and have a nasty bruise now! Also the stairs in the house are narrow in places so just go carefully. Not many TV channels (not really very important, but it was the Olympics while we were there). It's not really a 3 bathroom - there's a downstairs loo, a full bathroom upstairs and then another shower in a cupboard (slightly odd but the kids liked it, nicknamed it the Harry Potter room) - so you only have 2 toilets. Not an issue, but worth noting if you think it's got 3 full bathrooms. A few small things getting slightly tired and could possibly do with replacing (umbrella over the table outside is ripped in a few small places etc) but nothing that impacted on our holiday Could possibly also do with a folder of useful information inside such as where to put the rubbish, how to turn on the pool light, that there is an alleyway round the side of the villa that gets you more quickly down to the strip etc. The photos show a picture of a table and chairs on the bedroom balcony but there's actually nothing there (suggest the owners take that photo down.)

Pros: excellent location, outdoor furniture lovely, spacious downstairs

Cons: bedrooms a bit small, washing machine didn’t work, pool had small leak and dirty on arrival

Really impressed by this place and would consider booking again

Pros: Pool was a good size for out party and each room had good air con and facilities. Property is well situated close to a Lidl and a short walk to the main streets and beach

Cons: Pool was due to be cleaned twice during our stay but no cleaning was done.
