Pros: The villa is in a perfect location, close to all the bars and restaurants but far enough away that it is quiet at night. The host is fantastic.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: We had a great stay at Maouris villa! Maouri told us before we arrived that the villa was in the best spot in Protaras and he was not wrong. We had the best holiday here. Thank you to Maouri, the owner, who took such great care of us. We will be back!

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Maouris was an excellent host. Anything we needed, he was always happy to help. Location was perfect. Small walk to Lidl and bars and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet and chilled.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The location is near all tourist attractions and quiet during the night. The host, Maouris, is more than friendly and welcoming and did everything to meet our needs. For those who are seeking for a quiet place near all major attractions, this is the place to be.

Cons: The air conditioning is quite loud (for my standards) even if it’s set to the lowest speed possible, but without it turned on it would get very hot. During the night this can cause some discomfort.
