The management company for this property is helpful and professional.

Pros: NOTE this is NOT a review of Protaras Central Sunrise, but of the property owner / managing agent, who gave us an upgrade to an (even) better villa (Villa Loulla), having responded very promptly and helpfully when we were let down by our initial booking (NEVER book Villa Pant Poly in Protaras).

Nel cuore di Protaras

Pros: Posizione perfetta. Vicino al mare e al centro. Ottima! La villetta è fornitissima di tutto ciò che può servire anche per un lungo soggiorno. Asciugamani a volontà doccia confortevole. Ci hanno lasciato anche pane latte caffè solubile macchina per il caffè Nespresso, succhi, marmellate, 2 bottiglie d'acqua e addirittura una di vino.

Cons: Forse un po' troppe emails per nessuna ragione effettivamente necessaria e la creazione di un gruppo WhatsApp (che non ho autorizzato) con altre persone che non sapevo essere dello staff. Impossibile fare check-in prima dell' arrivo a meno di non voler fornire i dati della propria carta di credito per \

Pros: Apartment is very well equipped, has everything one would need for longer stay. Communication with the staff was very professional, upfront we have received all necessary info, how to find it and how to get a key. Location superb - walking distance to the most beautiful beaches also to the center in the evening, and still quiet. Apartment is also very comfortable and large.

Cons: Pictures are a bit older vs current apartment condition. This can create unnecessary differences in expectations vs how apartment actually looks, although it is still charming. If refurbished a bit it would be one of the coolest to rent, as it has charm of seaside house.

Супер! Дуже дякую і рекомендую!

Pros: Помешкання адмініструється зовнішньою фірмою, чий професіоналізм я не можу не відзначити. Супер контакт від моменту бронювання, 100500 корисних порад під час зустрічі, миттєва реакція на будь які несправності в будинку і їх виправлення. Окремо велике спасибі Eleni i Mary. Заселення і виселення відбувається самостійно, що дуже зручно, без жодних додаткових оплат у випадку пізнього заселення чи раннього виселення. В будинку є все необхідне і навіть більше ніж ви можете очікувати. Раз на тиждень прибирання і зміна постільної білизни та рушників. Будинок знаходиться в самому центрі Протарас, що не може не бути перевагою. Пляж в декількох хвилинах ходьби, я б сказав один з найкращих в околиці. На пляжі є безкоштовний душ, туалети, Wi-Fi. В околиці щонайменше три супермаркети, найдешевший буде Лідл, що знаходиться за 300-400 м від будинку. Автобусна зупинка за рогом. Elena і команда завжди на зв'язку в разі будь яких проблем і питань. Ще раз дуже дякую і рекомендую!

Cons: Будинок має свої роки але можливо це і надає йому додаткового шарму. Дещо може не працювати або ламатися, але реакція і ремонт відбувається миттєво як тільки зголосиш проблему. Великим плюсом було би наявність посудомийки але і без неї було добре.
