Protaras View Villas

We love staying here and use it twice a year most years foray least the last 4/5 years staff looking after the house

Pros: We like its location and it’s what we are now used to having stayed for a few years now

Cons: The WiFi is very hit and miss

Pros: Great location within 5/10 minutes walk to the strip and Sfinx bar. 5 mins walk to Lidl. Prompt support on any queries and issues with the villa which were minor. Be aware that you get the final safe lock details 24 hours before you arrive which was a bit stressful for us albeit maybe we should have asked when we booked

Cons: A bit noisy as the villa is located directly on the main road through Protaras but outweighed by convenience.

Amazing as always can’t wait to go back

Pros: It’s a lovely place to stay we go to here every year because if it’s great service from staff all very helpful it’s quiet too but not far from the main strip with restaurants and bars

Cons: There is nothing we don’t like about this property its stunning

We had a lovely stay for the second time this year and our 4 th time altogether roll on 2025

Pros: We love this villa it has everything we want plus in a nice quiet area but about 10 mins from bars and restaurants

Pros: Lovely location and villa had everything we needed for our stay

Stunning villa, good position , clean inside just needs to make sure pool filter is working .

Pros: Villi is fantastic and two next to each other is great option for extended family trips.

Cons: The pools were green and murky , the company did come out to re filter but our swim wear was stained and ruined by green

Pros: Property had everything we needed. Central location

Cons: The pool kept turning our swimwear and skin green despite being cleaned and water tested regular

Great people great stay we will come back at component in the future

Pros: Great location just about far enough from the strip for arrest but close enough if you wanted to party all night restaurants at the bottom of the road also Aldi if you need anything buses 3 min walk car hire at the bottom of road very good no hassle lovely people run the villa and will help with anything you ask for everything you need at the villa pool man gave us fresh figs and pomegranate out of his garden lovely man no complaints

Would stay again 👍

Pros: Location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. Pool cleaner very friendly.

As always we had the best time

Pros: It’s our home from home it’s in a great location and has everything we need

Cons: Tv channels are pretty non existent
