Pros: Great location, very close to Ledra Street and the Checkpoint; The host has been very helpful providing the information and providing prompt reply to my queries; Spacious room with all facilities included, and I particularly like the colour tone of the room - looks bright and anew; Clean room; There is the elevator connecting different floors

Cons: My room was facing the street, when people passed by and chatting I could definitely hear it - one may ask for the room not facing the street to avoid this

Pros: Clean, modern studio in a great central location. The bed was comfortable, the room was bright and quiet, and check-in was easy. Good value for money.

Pros: My second time in city center studio apartments in Nicosia and it doesn't cease to amaze me. A very quiet, tranquil and ultra modern place right in the heart of bustling Ledra street with the same attentive host, I couldnt ask for more.

Pros: Very clean apartment. Well decorated and organised. Excellent location. The Manager is friendly polite and sociable, very helpful. I strongly recommend the place.

Pros: A big change for us staying in an apartment, we had always stayed in hotels, my partner has a wheelchair so we need somewhere with easy access, we looked at city centre studio’s before it has one step entry, but that turned out to be no problem,we like to be high up with a view. We loved the apartment clean bright, loads of storage, excellent facilities , and we could sit out on the balcony for breakfast . Great location right in the center of the ledras, great supermarket close by. Lots of restaurants and shops . Have stayed in Nicosia many times loved our stay . The staff were lovely and so helpful .we will be going back soon ,

Pros: Great location, excellent value, very clean and spacious, comfortable bed, a proper desk and chair for working, and Menelaos was a great host. Would happily stay there again.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in the old town of Nicosia, just a short walk from the crossing to the Turkish side. The place is spacious, bright, and very clean — perfect for a comfortable stay. The host, Menelaos, was incredibly attentive. He recommended several excellent places to eat and also arranged a taxi to the airport for us, which made everything much easier. Highly recommended!
