Spacious studio located in the pedestrian zone

Pros: Amazing location, comfy bed, quiet despite being in pedestrian zone, short walk to bus station. Incredible traditional restaurant just across and down from main entrance to flats too!

Pleasant apartment in a great location

Pros: The apartment offered everything we needed. It was clean, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchenette including basic dishes and tea-making facilities. The blackout blinds were a big plus, and the location is excellent — right in the city center. The host was communicative and responsive.

Cons: The bathroom ventilation was limited, with a slight odor noticeable at times. The corridor is shared with other guests, so for a quieter night we would recommend earplugs. There was also an issue with the handover of the parking card: as we arrived around midnight, the garage staff had not been informed of our arrival, and we had to pay an extra €12 for the first night and day.

Excellent location for exploring Nicosia old town.

Pros: Lovely location, easy to walk out to Ledra Street. Spacious clean Studio. Well equipped. Parking nearby was a bonus and easy to access . We really enjoyed our stay

Pros: Excellent location in the pedestrianised zone. Also provided free parking.

Pros: Great location in the pedestrian area near the border crossing and bus station. Good size studio room. Plenty of hot water (don't forget to turn it on!) Nice seating. Kitchenette was ok but no hob.

Cons: Bathroom was small but ok for a night or two. Bed and pillow were a bit hard.

Excellent Location and Service, but Room for Improvement

Pros: The location of the property was excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Nicosia. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the property provided a parking card for free parking, which was very helpful and added to the overall convenience of my stay.

Cons: My stay was affected by noise disturbances from the neighboring unit, which impacted my ability to rest. I contacted the host, and while the initial response was delayed, they addressed the issue and provided compensation. The host handled the matter professionally, but the disturbance did affect my overall experience. I would recommend staying here if the management ensures better control over noise levels in the future.

Perfectly located to the border, bus station, bakery, shops and restaurants.

Pros: The room is clean. The shower is very good. The air-conditioning is clean too. Coffee maker in the room. Tee in the room. The location was perfect. It is next to the border.and it is next to the main bus stop. Opposite of the entrance is a really good Armenian bakery with always freshly made things like bread, Pizza, etc.

Cons: The window was in a courtyard without any views. Just to the wall of the next house in 2 m. The staircase was a bit old and dirty. But when You just want to sleep it doesn't matter.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It is nicely decorated, comfy bedding. Shower works perfectly.

Pros: The location is perfect! A short walk away to all the happening places, but away enough that it’s not noisy at night.

Cons: The lift was not working, but the apartment is just on the first floor. There is a window but it’s facing a tiny alleyway, not a deal breaker though.

Pros: Good central location, mostly clear and in time instructions on how to get there, clean and quiet room, comfy bed, it was rather warm in the room despite chill weather outside, all facilities as described, good choice of teas :)

Cons: Instructions on where to find the room were not correct, the entrance lock needs several tries to wake it up (in my case a napkin helped :) ).
