I spoke with the owner regarding the property not being ideal for my mother who struggled to go up stairs he moved us on

Pros: I didn’t end up staying in this property as wasn’t ideal for my mother with the stairs. However it’s a great location in the centre.

Cons: No parking

good value, great location, convenient and comfortable flat

Pros: spacious rooms and excellent wrap-around balcony. Access was easy and the detail provided in the initial message and the flat was relevant and clear. Everything important works well. The position is ideal in town just minutes from the border, Ledra street shopping and bus station, there is a car park on the neighbouring block.

Cons: When we were there, there were some items which show wear - in particular the shutters on the windows and doors are broken, difficult to open/close and/or missing slats. The kitchen could do with a few more pieces of equipment (toaster, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine perhaps?). perhaps an outdoor table on the balcony.

Pros: Apartment is at the prime location where near to most of the attractions and Solomon square bus stop.

Cons: Everything was fine. But due to construction on the roads it was bit noisy in the night. But of coarse it was temporary. One small suggestion for tourists. Here you won't find Google maps showing public transport options and for that it's good you should have local pama app.

Great place at the heart of town. Value for money!

Pros: Very spacious and clean place. Super central, great for crossing to the other side on foot.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Pros: Great location, in the old part of the city, and yet not noisy... There was a slight problem with the washing machine, and the owner responded immediately and fixed the problem in no time...

Not bad, best thing is the location

Pros: Very good location: close to the border, the old town centre and the bus station. Spacious with a really nice balcony.

Cons: The house was pretty cold in the winter and difficult to heat up, with the air conditioners. The bathroom was especially cold and there is no heating there. The owner was pretty difficult to get hold of, he responded much later to questions.

I would opt for lower floors, a comfortable bed. Location is superb. I enjoyed my stay!

Pros: Location was very good, right next to most vibrant part of the city. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and other iconic structures of the city. It was close to crossing point to northern Nicosia.

Cons: The apartment 302 was located on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator, which could be challenging if you have large luggage. The mattress was not very comfortable and felt somewhat cheap. The toilet was also on the smaller side. It would have been nice to find at least a bottle of water in the fridge, especially for guests arriving after a long journey from the airport.

Very clean apartment, with nice furniture. Nice host.
