Pros: Superb location on Ledras Street and good insulation from noise from the street. Aircond works well and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Charming, indeed!

Pros: A bright, spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment, situated in a very convenient location.

Cons: The neighborhood was noisy, the soundproofing was poor and the locking system was not very reliable.

Wonderful stay in Nicosia!

Pros: Really great location! Apartment was spacious and beautiful, really clean when we came in. It was a lovely stay!

Good value for the price. Location excellent.

Pros: The position is great, just off Ledra Street, so walking distance to everywhere including the border crossing. Very clean, well equipped, nespresso machine, water in the fridge, even biscuits.

Cons: City view is a little ambitious, amounts to overlooking the take away opposite, and the rather shabby narrow street. But because the position is so convenient I forgive it. In fact my second stay here. For the price it’s really good value. I will stay again.

A spacious, comfortable good value studio room with two armchairs, tea and coffee making facilities in a central locatio

Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable. It was nice to have two armchairs and a table and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was good- central and near to restaurants and bars, the green line and the bus station. Communication was good. Instructions re getting in and hot water were thorough. The property isn’t fancy but is clean, comfy, good value and a good pick for a night or two in Nicosia.

Cons: Nothing really. It was as said.
