Pros: Very central location, with nearby parking lot. Cosy terrace.

Pros: Very clean, good location in old town, close to everything, lovely fluffy towels, comfortable beds and bedding.

Pros: The location was good, the flat also good, the host very helpful.

Cons: It wasn't clear that there were two flights of stairs to go up, which was fine for us, but we had our parents with us -- so that proved a little uncomfortable -- but still ok. Also the kitchen is a bit small. Whilst I understand having the a/cs on timers, it's a pain if someone wants to stay in and someone wants to go out. An extra key to the door downstairs could be a solution -- and I thought that this was the case but found that one of them didn't work.

Perfect apartman in the heart of Nicosia

Pros: Perfect location, few steps from Ledra street, 5min walking distance from IC bus station, and supermarket. We received every informations in email for self check-in, using the apartman's appliances. Newly renovated apartman, furnished with new Ikea furnitures, fully equipped kitchen. There is everything what you need for a short stay to see Nicosia.

Cons: Just a quick note: apartman is on 2nd floor and there's no lift.

Pros: If you found this location you dont have to look any further! Very clean and well equiped location. Nice and spacious balcony. Close to the border- crossingpoint and busterminal. Ledra Street is litteraly just around the corner. Supermarket at only 100 mtrs.

Cons: My young child and husband with hip issues struggled a bit with stairs - corner is a bit steep - but all very doable for most and even young children but with parental support.

Pros: Posizione ottima facile raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della citta a piedi. Quartiere simpatico e interessante. Vicino ci sono posti per fare la spesa e innumerevoli trattorie caffe e ristoranti.

Cons: L unico problema dato che eravamo 2 coppie e stato il bagno molto piccolo.
