Pros: Central location, paid parking very close, about 4€ per day.

Cons: Second floor, broken shower support, limited hot water.

Pros: Super easy self-check-in experience and although the room is not big, it is really well-equipped, the kitchen is outstanding. Not to forget the exceptional location: it is just meters away from the border crossing and there are great bars and restaurants all around. If you stay here try out the Mexican restaurant around the corner and the craft beer bar across to it.

Pros: Bed was very cozy, everything looked clean, plenty of room, nice balcony

Cons: The toilet having a Glassdoor was a little odd. Could be a problem if you and your travelling partner are not that close. It was hard to heat up the place. Fortunately the Bed was close under the ceiling, so when sleeping it was warm.

Location, location, location

Pros: Excellent location, smart design, very good communication. Perfect for a short city trip.

Cons: The balcony faces Ledra Street so it can get a little noisy. Bring ear plugs if you have a light sleep, and you will be just fine.

Pros: Great apartment in a good location. Left us a birthday present:)

Cons: Struggled with the check in for a moment, but somebody helpes us. There are many stuff in the kitchen but a microwave could have been nice as well:)

so close to the border

Pros: The instructions were very easy to follow and we were surprised by the size of the apartment. It was very modern. It had great views overlooking the street and we could almost see the border posts , if it had not been for the large street shades. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: The main street is pedestrianised but street noise can be heard especially from the cafe opposite, That being said, we enjoyed a great meal there in the evening and the live entertainment was not overpowering. It did go one until the early hours but we had our windows open and it did not disturb us....it just added to the relaxed atmosphere of the city

The best place to stay in Nicosia

Pros: The best location to visit the Greek line! Very clean and an amazing terrace for relaxing. I will definitely come back again! The owner was very helpful with very clear instructions, he made everything very easy for both check in and check out
