Alex Beach Apartment 33

Pros: The most pleasant, comfortable and beautiful apartment we have stayed in recently. We woke up to the sun shining on the bed and smelling the sea. We watched the sunrise from the terrace overlooking the sea. They made our stay easier with a plug adapter, coffee maker, washing machine, stove, iron, hairdryer and many other accessories. Many programs, wonderful memories. I recommend it to everyone and wish it well! We were there at the very end of November, the weather was great, we swam in the sea.

Cons: More time

Pros: Love location. Alex is very accommodating. In the feedback he texted about places to eat, drink and have generally good time. It’s second time we are staying here and I’m sure we will stay here next time.

Cons: Maybe a bit noisy but it’s expected when you are living in the centre.

Amazing apartment for chill holiday

Pros: This apartment is amazing! Splendid location, in front of the beach, so you can fall asleep at night listening to the waves of the sea. The apartment has all necessary stuff inside. The owners are great people, very friendly. There is a taxi service also. There are plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Additionally, the boat tours/cruises also start just 3 min walk from the apartment.

Ok for a short beachfront break.

Pros: Expensive for the size of the place, but you pay for the location really, directly across from the main beach. In the heart of a Larnaca Beach and a good mixed with all the restaurants and small shops. Sound well insulated and quiet when the balcony door is closed. Beautiful sun and evening moon rises out of the sea, from The balcony. Small kitchen area fully equipped with the all you need. Easy self-checkin/out. Host made great effort to check in on me via WhatsApp, which was well appreciated - thanks, Alex.

Cons: Unfortunately the shower was a huge HUGE disappointment, as there was very little water pressure, and the water streamed a little more than a trickle out. No way to feel fully rinsed and clean. The Host said because of ‘gravity’ there was nothing he could. However I feel this should be mentioned in the rental description, and not a discovery after of the rental!! It makes it seem underhanded and not upfront! No one likes to be dealt with in such away - this place is not cheap! Small place and then no proper shower?? Not good!!

Loved it

Pros: Great location with lovely view. Lots of great bars, restaurants and taverns nearby as well as bakeries, ice cream shop, mini markets , clothes or jewellery shops or whatever shops you might look for. Just across the road from the beach well equipped. In the property everything was clean and in good working order. Alex and Martha are great hosts dealing with any requests or issues immediately and very efficient.

Pros: Great location. Clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend it.

Pros: The little balcony with a full view of the sea was the best feature of this apartment, and the one I really appreciated. Across the street from the beach, on a street full of restaurants and cafes. The apartment was not very big but comfortable. Easy access to the airport with the bus stop right across the street. Another bus stop a few meters away, for buses to go all over Cyprus.

Cons: Being on the beachfront had a down side, of course. Fairly noisy until late at night. And then they happened to have the annual Larnaka marathon that Sunday, with the start line being right outside the building. So, it was extremely noisy from 6am that morning.

Pros: Everything. The host is a kind person who helped us out of a stick situation.. allowed us to complete our stay even after we checked out before-time. We are truly thankful and recommend anyone staying at Alex's apartment.

Pros: Excellent location and easy access to cafe pubs,restaurants and of course beach.

Cons: There were some items that need replacement.eg the bath door needs painting and another locker.

Fantastic location, wonderful hosts and a lovely stay!

Pros: This place was really perfect for us and Alex and Martha went above and beyond to help us and give recommendations. I can highly recommend!

Cons: It was a bit noisy late at night on the weekend being above a busy bar but it really wasn't too much of a problem as we still managed to sleep.
