Pros: I’ve been staying at these apartments for 4 years in a row — and I’ll definitely be coming back again 🫶 Everything is just perfect: air conditioning and a balcony in every room, a fully equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach is right across the street, and all the cafes, restaurants, and shops are just downstairs. Only 15 minutes to the airport, which is super convenient. The owner, Alex, is always available and quick to help with any questions, and his assistant Halyna is absolutely wonderful — kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for another amazing holiday! Looking forward to seeing you again next year 🌺

Beautiful sea view, central location near beach, clean 2bedroom apartment, friendly and helpful host

Pros: Ideally for short and long term stay at the sea for families with children, or adults. Comfortable stay. Kitchen with all necessary, cafés nearby. 1-minute walk to Finitudes beach, sea view from terrace. Alex was very friendly and gave detailed instructions on everything we might need. Highly recommend.

Pros: We chose this apartment having in mind its location and view from it.But most of all I want to say that we really appreciated Alex,owner of this apartment.Before arrival we recieved message with some instructions but also for recommendation for tavernas etc.Communication was amazing and we really appreciated it.Alex was available if smth is needed.Apartment is big,with excellent location and priceless view from terace. There is a taxi station and bus station close to it,markets,restaurants,bakeries...

Very pleasant stay. Alex and Martha were very responsive and helpful hosts. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location is perfect for Larnaca town centre. The views from the balcony were amazing. It had everything that one would need during their stay. But as we were visiting family in Larnaca we only really spent time sleeping and showering there. So for our purposes it was ideal. Whist we didn’t meet the hosts, Alex and Martha they were extremely responsive and very helpful with useful info.

Cons: The building was dated and so was the apartment. It can do with some modernising. The shower presume very poor. The bathroom ceiling needs fixing. We was on the 5th floor and didn’t feel the balcony was safe. It only came up to my waist and there is a real danger on falling but that’s Cyprus.

Pros: Location was exceptional, front line to the promenade, beach and restaurants, with a supermarket around the corner. Apartment was clean and adequate for family with 2 kids. Management pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed the balcony for meals and view. Would book again.

Cons: Water pressure for the shower a bit weak.

Pros: The apartment is very-well located - sea, caffes & restaurants, shopping, etc. are all nearby. Alex & Martha are friendly and wonderful hosts!

Cons: Due to location, it can be noisy (especially in the evening). There is a bar below and a busy boulevard. Also there are restaurants nearby so it may happen that you may feel some grill smoke in balcony. And warm water system could be better, but it is not a big deal at least in the summer.
