Perfect location, lovely balcony.

Pros: The location is spot on, everything you could want to walk to within Larnaca is walking distance from the apartment. It was relatively cold while we were there (Dec/Jan), but the balcony catches the morning sun and is shielded just enough from the wind that we could sit out there for an hour or so of sun and read every day, which was lovely.

An apartment worth recommending

Pros: The view from the windows and balcony is straight out to the sea, with beautiful sunrises. The bed is very comfortable, and there's plenty of wardrobe space.

Cons: There could be more cutlery, as guests usually eat breakfast before leaving.

Great choice for Larnaca

Pros: The apartment has an excellent location close to everything you need with a beautiful view to the sea. The host is really helpful and polite. We needed a transfer and they helped us arrange it.

Cons: The apartment style / design is a little bit old and could be improved.

Pros: Essentially, these are very good apartments with a great view of the promenade and the sea. Before arriving, we received precise instructions from the hosts on how to get to the place where we could pick up the keys, etc. And anyway, it was very easy to communicate with the hosts, we got answers right away. The location is amazing, the beach is across the street, the bus station is nearby if you use public transport, and the city center is within walking distance. The apartments have air conditioning, which is very good. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils you might need for cooking. Keep in mind that you will have to buy your own spices, oils, and everything else.

Cons: Being in the very center of the city has its drawbacks—it was very noisy even at night, and on Saturdays there is live music in the bars, which is really loud. If you are traveling with children, keep in mind that although spending evenings on the balcony is very enjoyable, the railings are very low, which can be dangerous. The apartments are designed for three people, but apart from the bedroom, there is a pull-out bed in the living room, which is not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on.

Great base with an amazing seaview

Pros: Location is amazing. On the seafront near everything 4th floor so not noisy Lots of space

Cons: A microwave oven would be good but it's got everything else No Aircon in the bedroom so peak season would be hot

Lovely flat, fabulous location, great owner

Pros: Everywhere I stayed in Cyprus was great but this flat was my favorite. The decor is perfect - white walls, large sliding glass windows that bring in loads of the light, and the pieces of African art - just enough to make the flat interesting but not overwhelming. Lily was super friendly and helpful - top marks for communication. The flat was smaller than expected but very clean and comfortable. I LOVED the location and the fabulous sea view.

Pros: It is situated right across the beach, very close to city old center near a lot of restaurants and taverns. It was really clean clean. It's big enough for a family of 3 and has a nice balcony where you can eat and see the see. The host was really nice, had a PDF file prepared with everything and was very responsive every time we wrote on Whatsapp. Internet connection was really good.

Cons: If you have a stroller you will need to pick it up and carry it up the first round of stairs until the elevator. The shower needs fixing as it comes off the wall If the weather is not hot enough, you will need to turn on the boiler for about 30 min for a shower

Pros: Przepiękny widok z balkonu! Świetna lokalizacja! Opiekun bardzo pomocny, szybko odpisywał i naprawdę udzielał super wskazówek. Ładny styl mieszkania, plusem są meble na balkonie.

Cons: Niestety okna balkonowe nie są czyste. Szkoda, bo są duże i przez nie obserwuje się morze.

The apartment was incredibly comfortable — with a cozy bed, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed.
