Fig Tree Bay Residences 3-Jacuzzi-Hotub -Pool

A great stay with my family in a fabulous villa.

Pros: Swimming pool. Pool table. Hot tub. Outside areas - all amazing. Response from the host was exceptional to the few questions we had. He even gave us a lift to the shop to pick up some supplies as we didn't have a car. A fabulous villa and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Cons: Nothing much could be better - the property was amazing.

Holiday heaven in an amazing villa

Pros: The location was fantastic The rooms we very modern and spacious

Cons: Everything was fabulous

Pros: We stayed as a group of 7 in August and had a fantastic time. The villa is modern, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need. All bedrooms are spacious and come with en-suite bathrooms, which was a big plus. We especially loved the pool area and the roof terrace—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location is excellent—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great hospitality throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more and would love to return to Fig Tree Residences in the future! Minor Cons: WiFi was a bit inconsistent at times. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement, but it’s very well equipped and comfortable.

Fantastic villa that exceeded our expectations

Pros: - Very modern and clean - Hosts were accommodating and had great communication - Location

First time stay in a villa and couldn't have asked for more.

Pros: Location is excellent, less than 100m from the main strip. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and pool area. More than ample storage in the fridge and freezer. Air-con throughout.

Cons: Nothing major, but WIFI was a bit sporadic.

Family trip to Fig Tree residence

Pros: Service, location and facilities. Every time I messaged I received an immediate reply, I would definitely return to these apartments, they are great for a large family.

Cons: No Wifi in the bedrooms though to be fair we were told it should have worked so maybe we should have mentioned it earlier, also 4th bedroom wouldn't be ideal for everyone (but our 19 year old found it fine, other than no Wifi!)

Pros: The Villa is in a prime location for the beach, shops, restaurants. The Villa has everything you need. Excellent kitchen appliances, comfortable beds and ensuite facilities. The Villa is safe and has a gated entrance and also private gates to accommodate a car. Many Thanks to Eleni and Kyriakos. The information App you recently introduced is to a high standard and perfect.

Cons: There is nothing i could comment here.

Wonderful!

Pros: The villa is in a fantastic location a few minutes walk from the main street and beach. Every conceivable convenience was provided and the host's response to queries was always prompt and helpful. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and also recleaned during our stay (10 days). We would 100% revisit and recommend to anyone.

Cons: Everything was amazing.

Great villa, well appointed and located. Would highly recommend and use again.

Pros: Fantastic location. Exceptionally clean with well stocked kitchen facilities. Lovely pool/outdoor area. A welcome pack of wine/crackers and tea/coffee. All en-suite bedrooms were great. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of towels including pool/beach towels WiFi very reliable. Staff were really helpful, and when we had a minor issue at 6.30 am they attended immediately. 5 min stroll to the beach 2 min stroll to the shop 5 min stroll to the main street and restaurants

Cons: Some of the showers need upgrading as they leaked onto the bathroom floors Surrounding area of pool not properly cleaned as there was some glass pieces not picked up and my son got some in his foot Stairs to basement bedroom needs a handrail.

Our stay with the whole family was magical at the Fig Tree Bay residence 3. We found the location ideal in terms of cent

Pros: Great property with all the facilities any family can ask for. Clean and modern facilities. Well equipped. And has all the essentials. Literally from home to home.
