Great value apartment in a prime location

Pros: The apartment offers very good value for money — a fair and well-balanced option for its price. Excellent location in the Mackenzie area: just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the city center. A very supportive and responsive host, always ready to help with any questions or requests — especially valuable for a longer stay. There is a compact kitchenette suitable for light use rather than full cooking: toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge. There is no kitchen sink or stove, but this was not an issue for me personally. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire stay. The apartment features two balconies — one located off the kitchen area and the other in the bedroom. There is a partial view of the sea over the rooftops. A great café nearby — Valia — offers an affordable way to take away freshly prepared local dishes.

Cons: Soundproofing in the building is limited, with occasional noise from the elevator in the stairwell. The shower does not allow precise temperature adjustment; only two settings are available: non-heated or 40 degrees.

Pros: Very close to the beach. The apartment is very well decorated and comfortable.

Cons: I prefer a stove, but there is a microwave to use.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the host was kind enough to make our beds as we arrived really late at night. The decorations made the apartment look really cozy and nice. There was a small kitchinette, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and air conditioning. The bus station was near the building. The host has allowed us stay more at the accomodation.

Cons: The bathroom was quite small

Pros: The property is very well equipped and organized. You can find everything you need. There's plenty of details connected with the sea which makes a good atmosphere. The location is quite good - close to the airport and to the beach. The bus stop is exactly at the property, the mini market is 50 meters away. The walk to the palm promenade takes about 25 minutes.

Cons: There's a very loud noise of the elevator engine which is located next to the apartment.

Pros: A clean and quiet flat, nice location, 5 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the city centre. Near the apartment there are a lot of restaurants and bars. The bus stop to the airport is in front of the apartment. Exceptionally good decorations in the apartment.

Like home place.

Pros: Location . nice and clean apartment .free parking space.

Cons: TV only in Greek. Steep stairs.

Charming place

Pros: Charming flat with unique atmosphere and wonderful sea view. We had everything necessary for our stay. Easy access upon arrival. Independence. Very good location and price-quality ratio. Thank you dear host for your hospitality! We would like to come again. All the best to you!

Pros: The apartment was great, clean and comfortable, close to the seaside, in walking distance from several attractions and restaurants.

Pros: The privacy and not anyone can manage to go through the apartment .

Cons: You can't cook your own things, imagine if you stay for week.

Pretty decent place

Pros: Great location and very clean, easy access from the airport (LCA) too. A small shop nearby, beach about 10 min, city center about 25 min on foot.

Cons: A plug in cooking facility would be good to be able to make an omlett for breakfast.
