Pros: very nice rooms, with equipment such as hair dryer, coffee machine, nice bathroom. Breakfast was extremly tasty for us and our children too.

Pros: Love the rooms. Brand new, very clean and comfy. Large shower, great bed very roomy. I have nothing negative to says. It was one of my best hotel stays.

Pros: Beatiful hotel in main centre of Ayia Napa;; delicious breakfast. 2 minutes by foot to the sea.

Pros: We received an upgraded room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We also received a bottle of wine as a gift.

Pros: Located across the street from the beach, the hotel was super comfy, staff incredibly friendly and made us feel like home. Breakfast was tasty with quite a lot of options( fruits,vegetables)…The room was big,we had a big double bed and a couch since we were traveling with 2 young kids. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Pros: Very nice location, stayed their with my son for snorkling trip. Room is good, all you need is there. Breakfast buffet had not too much choice, but the food present was of good quality. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: It was clean. I had a UV / dark light with me - my husband said 'don't do it...I don't want to know!' but I did it and I didn't find it offensive. Sure I could see a bit of dust in the corners but the toilet was clean, the shower was good not perfect, and the area around the beds clean. The location was lovely and we had a free upgrade with a bottle of wine. The team there are very accommodating. We disappeared the other side of the island to explore for a few days and they tried to contact us to check we were OK which I thought was very sweet and caring. Good location. Short walking distance for beach and bars.

Cons: We had a storm and a little water came in under the door but it was sorted with mats as soon as we mentioned it. The lift didn't work 1 day due to high rain which was fine as it was only up 1 flight of stairs (we only used it because I was scared of slipping as the stairs got wet!). The breakfast was raved about by previous guests but they had really low numbers of guests - the whole area only had around 5 hotels open because of such low visitor numbers - so the breakfast options were greatly reduced. It was OK but maybe 8 options to choose from - in addition to fruit, cereal, coffee/tea/champagne (omlette/English breakfast/yoghurt with honey, nuts and a few other things). I wasn't overly keen on the bacon but it was OK. All the staff were nice. One time the chef was waiting until we'd come down before closing up for the morning - just to be sure we had anything we wanted. Place was very quiet early/mid December, and I'd use another beach if I was having a beach holiday as it was mainly rocky areas with some sand but nice harbour and nice restaurants around.
