Very good value for the money we paid (extraseason)

Pros: Everything was just fine, the room and bathroom were clean, nothing shabby or smelly. We stayed on the upper floor and kept the balcony door open at nights as the weather was balmy in november. Good location regarding the public bus station (2-3 minutes on a shortcut way to Ayia Napa Center Bus Station), from where you can travel with intercity buses to Larnaca, Nicosia, Paphos or with local buses to nearby tursitic attractions such as Cape Greco, Konos Beach, Paralimi (very reasonable timetable and ticket prices at least till 17th november 2025).

Nice apartment, issues with cleanliness

Pros: Very nice location in the middle of Agia Napa, it is easy to access many beaches from here. Mr Andreas was a very kind host and helpful with any requests for towels etc.

Cons: On a few occasions I found cockroaches inside the room which upset me. Also, different cats got inside on occasion but I didnt have a problem with this but people allergic to cats should take note. The property asked me to pay extra in order to use the AC which is not a good practice in my opinion.

Great stay, would recommend and would come back.

Pros: Amazing hosts, great location. Near all the major stores and bus stops.

Cons: It is close to the bar street and it can get bit noisy during the night.

Cons: No information when staff would be at desk but other then that was perfect

Pros: Cosy and clean room in very convenient location. I liked especially having a big balcony with the sea view. Adding a small details like a hairdryer or AC in a standard fee would be a plus.
