Perfect apartment for small family or group of friends

Pros: We booked a family room but upon arrival were checked-in a double room and were dissappointed (it was big, clean, but having only 1 twin bed). However, after communication with the manager they instantly changed our room to the Family Suite which was very comfortable, spacious enough, clean and having twin bed + bunk bed suitable for our family needs. It was very pleasant experience and we are glad to meet such service! We liked everything around: location was perfect, car parking was available, comfortable beds and shower, evening daily cleaning service was offered. Also the restaurant downstairs serves an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner with variety of food and drinks having tables just on the sea-side with lovely fresh sea breeze and music!

A good hotel by the sea.

Pros: Good location. The room was cleaned well every day.

Cons: The door to our room was very difficult to open and close — we had to slam it loudly, which could be heard throughout the hotel. The bathroom lacked hooks for towels and clothes.

Great stay. Would recommend 😊

Pros: We arrived at the property early and the bar man asked if the room was ready and we were told 15 minutes which was great so we could continue with our day. There is a key coded door for entry so no need to check in with anyone as you are sent the code the day before arrival. The property was clean. The location was great, right on the beach with sea views. The room we were in was at the very end (106) so we could see the sea but had to look over the other balcony’s. The rooms were spacious with sun loungers on the balcony. Breakfast was great, choice of English or continental breakfast, cereal, omelettes or toasties with a choice of hot and cold drinks. All staff were friendly and helpful giving us all information needed.

Cons: The only thing we encountered which when staying in ayia napa you have to expect is people being locked out of their rooms at 5am and knocking for over 45 minutes to get in. This may not be a regular thing as it did not happen on the second night. We also couldn’t find any information about what time breakfast was or the code to exit the carpark but the helpful staff soon helped us with that information.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated right on the beachfront. It’s just a short walk from the local town, with plenty of shops and restaurants . Spacious, modern, and clean. I booked a sea-view room, and waking up to that view every morning was absolutely worth it. I’d happily return and highly recommend it❤️

Modern, convenient and beachfront!

Pros: The location was absolutely perfect for us who value convenience for supplies, excursions and being close to a decent beach. It far exceeded all of these things. Room was lovely, fresh modern and updated with plenty of space. Beds were decent with 2 pillows each. Wifi was great.

Cons: Only downside was the breakfast wasn’t great as it was obviously done on the cheap. Aside from that, we loved everything!

Pros: Everything. Location almost in the city center, but only a few steps to the sea. Cleanliness and breakfast. And fresh see food and drinks in the restaurant during lunch and dinner time.
