Napian Suites

Superb

Pros: The location is excellent, one of my favorite areas to stay in Ayia Napa. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well equipped. The host is responsive and easy to communicate with, so everything can be arranged smoothly. My recommendation for this accommodation. I had an additional request for a coffee machine, which was fulfilled. Many thanks for that.

Cons: Across the street there is Tommy's Pub, where karaoke takes place every night until late, which can be quite noisy. If someone is sensitive to noise while sleeping, they should keep that in mind. Also, the mattresses are a bit on the softer side. We had a situation where the light in the bathroom stopped working, but after communicating with Dino, the issue was resolved the next day, which was perfectly fine.

Excellent

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The host was excellent – very kind and helpful. We traveled with our baby, and they even bought a crib for us. Such a thoughtful gesture, we truly appreciated it.

Pros: This is the perfect place for a group of friends to stay. The location is ideal - very close to the nightlife district, the bus stops are 2 minutes away so getting to any of the beaches is super easy, and the Limanaki beach is just 10 minutes away for those days you don’t feel like getting on the bus. The host Dino is amazing - he is super helpful and responded within 10 minutes to any questions we had. I’d definitely recommend Napian!

Pros: Great support and service from Dino Excellent guy. Great location

Cons: A bit noisy area from the around pubs and karaoke. Nothing else

Amazing stay would definitely come again. Host was very helpful and responded exceptionally quick

Pros: The property was very accomodating for all attending guests. Access to local facilities was very pleasing as no major travel was required to go anywhere.

Cons: Nothing too much to be honest everything was good for all

Pros: The apartment is clean and spacious, equipped with all essential amenities. The location is right in the center, making it easily accessible to everything. The rooms are comfortable and bright. Dino is a fantastic host, everything deserves the highest praise!

Cons: Easy answer…. Nothing, it was great

Pros: Great location, middle of the bar and club streets.

Cons: night is noisy

Pros: Es hatte im Zimmer eine Waschmaschine und komplette Küchenausstattung. Es gab keine Rezeption zum einchecken, man bekommt im Voraus ein Video wo die Schlüsselbox ist.
