JOY Hotel Apts

We had a wonderful stay.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bed was cozy, and the lighting made the space feel warm and inviting. The bathroom was modern and well-kept, with good water pressure and fresh towels. Overall, it was a pleasant, relaxing place to stay — simple, quiet, and well cared for.

Pros: Location is great, its in the city center. The room was clean and the towels were changed every two days. The terrace is very beautiful part of accomodation because its well positioned and in the shade. There are palm trees in front, and its really nice to sit there at night. We arranged a late check-in with the owners and received very clear instructions for entering.

Great location for a good price

Pros: Great location, with a lot of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and bus stops around.

Cons: At night it gets noisy due to live music, so bring earplugs. More cutlery, plates and a microwave would be handy.

Pros: Has a nice garden in front of the hotel. The host is amazing and provided us with late checkout cause the room was free afterwards. The Apartments look recently built and furniture looks new. The guys doing the cleaning are also amazing, cleaning the whole apartment, floor, new towels and sheets every 2 days.

Cons: Explore the location first, we didn't mind being in the centre but it might not be for everyone - there are better beaches than the one in the center - rocky entrance.

Good Stay in the Heart of Ayia Napa

Pros: The room was clean and in the centre of Ayia Napa, making it very convenient for exploring the area. It’s also great value for money.

Cons: The camp bed provided for a third person was too small — more suitable for a child than an adult. There was also some music coming from nearby restaurants, but it didn’t bother us much as we were able to fall asleep easily.

Pretty good

Pros: The design of the rooms, the view and the location of the place

Cons: That the cleaning was every 2 days and we had only 2 toilet papers

Great stay for a short period.

Pros: The location was excellent. Can use facilities with adjoining hotel which is where the pool is. Breakfast is excellent. Very clean. Small fridge but needed it. Kettle with tea and coffee milk provided.

Cons: Two pillows per person needed.

It was a very very good location and good sized room

Pros: It was in an excellent location for the town centre and was very spacious. The empty fridge was good and there was plenty of storage.

Cons: I think the bins should have been emptied daily and maybe have been bigger as we had to put the toilet paper in the bathroom bin and it filled up quickly. Also maybe the air con should be able to go to a lower temperature.

Perfect place

Pros: The apartment location is on the perfect location, you wont hear loud music yet walking distance from stores, restraints and beach. The owner is amazing person ready to help you no matter what.

Cons: /

Pros: Really clean, fabulous location, right in the heart of the restaurants and bars, but once the door was shut couldnt hear a thing! We had a problem working our air conditioning and the staff responded to my message immediately and instructed us how to use it.
