Sunset Pearl Holiday Villa

Pros: Property did exceed our expectations. Super clean, comfortable, great pool, big kitchen with a lot of natural lights and huge windows. Air conditioning in every bedroom and main room. Every detail was taken in to consideration. Also grocery shop is very near 300 m approximately and beach is close too. There are bus stations not far from property to go to Ayia napa and back. Mario was super friendly and nice. If i was going back in the future will definitely stay here. Highly Recommended

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Sunset Pearl Villa! The pool was absolutely fantastic – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The entire house was spotless and very well maintained. It’s fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need, which made our stay extremely comfortable and stress-free. The host was incredibly friendly, communicative, and always available to help whenever needed.

Cons: The only minor downside is that the neighbors can be a bit sensitive to noise, so it’s good to keep that in mind.

Pros: We were there in may, so early for season, quiet place, pool next to the house, beach is near, plenty of space, everything was clean, what else do you need to be happy :))))

We stayed there about 6 days and it was not enough to enjoy sights of Cyprus

Pros: everything was excellent, perfect place to relax and close to anything you want to get and want to visit. the host was great too from the start, he knew the places around and told me everything i wanted to know, and the best part was the white cat that welcome us and played with us all the time.

Value for money was excellent.

Pros: The villa is a good size, as is the pool. There is a food shop in the next street. You can walk to the marina along by the sea. The local bus service is excellent. December was an excellent month to go to Ayia Napa, peaceful and relaxing.

Definitely will be rebooking

Cons: Beds where quite uncomfortable but I am a big fella.

Pros: Clean and spacious! We enjoyed the peaceful neighbourhood, and was very close to ayia napa Marina and water park, which we enjoyed very much.
