Perfect place

Pros: I had a wonderful experience at Rio Gardens Aparthotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect — close to the center but still quiet enough to relax. We felt very safe and welcomed especially gannet 🙏🙏 It was definitely great value for money. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ayia Napa and would love to come back again!

Pros: Reception is 24 hours, ladies on the receptions are very helpfull. Location is perfect: very quite but close to the main point of interest. I had a room with a view of the olives trees. The main streets with restaraunts and shops, the bus station to the airport are 3 minutes by walk. The hotel is new with modern furniture and super comfortable bed.

Pros: Hello, one more time, we so happy and glad for stay this hotel. Where was lovely area, comfortable location, so nice swimming pool and especially we are so happy for meet to Janet-administrator of hotel, who was really amazing, wonderful and the most attentive person in there. She always help us when it was necessary and she gaves us good advice.

We enjoyed time in Ayia Napa

Pros: We got great room with a great view. Really enjoyed staying there. They also had a roof party so it was nice. Market was close

Cons: Maybe they need to change sunbeds, but everything was great

Pros: the room was very nice and worth the price. Kitchenette and air conditioning was very convenient.

Cons: They switch off the hot water, so you if you’re showering in the morning or in the night, it will be very cold. The people in the room next to us were jumping over our balcony at 4:30am and we couldn’t sleep. The reception was very nice and talked to them when we called at 4:30.

Excellent apartmant for this price!

Pros: The location was great, the bus station was 2min walk and the center was 5min walk. The staff was kind even that they did not speak english well, they did their best to provide us with all of the information that we needed. We had such a nice view from our rooms, and also the rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons: The apartments needed some extra things, like hangers, dish soup and sponge, mainly kitchen supplies. The first day there was a problem with hot water, but they deal with this till the next day.

Pros: The hotel is a fairy tale!!! Perfect cleanliness, everything works flawlessly, the staff is incredibly friendly! The modern giant TV is equipped with both USB and HDMI! The Jacuzzi! A clean swimming pool. Probably one of the best hotels I've been to, and I travel a lot! You will be greeted by Mimi's cat, do not forget to assure the beauty that you are a kind person and admire Cyprus!
