Exceeded my expectations

Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms and the pool were very clean. The living room was spacious. We were 5 mins walking distance to the beach and 15mins walking distance to the party place. Every room had AC and in less than 5 mins it cooled down. We used it every night and used very little power. The staff was very friendly. Definitely will come again!

Lovely holiday in Ayia Napa at Nissini Villas

Pros: The villa was equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The location is excellent, we had nice beaches at a walking distance, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very helpful and kind.

Cons: Not very quiet at night, but we were expecting it when we choose Ayia Napa :))

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful pool and a lovely rooftop terrace where we enjoyed both sunny days and relaxing evenings. The location was great – close to the beach and everything we needed.

Cons: The only downside was that the villa is located near a busy road, so there was some traffic noise at times. However, the positives far outweighed this, and we would happily stay here again!
