Pros: Seems to be new and was very clean. It was a bit noisy with the street but not too much. Location was perfect for us. Owners were super friendly and helped us with any questions we had. I would go again ;)

Pros: Are flight was late to start with and then it was delayed, but Nikolas waited for us to arrive, which was after midnight. He carried the suitcases up to the room. He was great.

Cons: Nothing. Collecting the keys was as easy as it could be.

Pros: It was in a good location, easy to find. The person there was very helpful. The apartment was cute and pretty clean. When you get in you will have a small living room with a kitchen with a small refrigerator. Next when you get downstairs you will find the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom was pretty big, the bed was clean and comfortable and we also had a mirror that was useful (I would suggest to put a light above the mirror). Next the bathroom was literally huge. They have two sinks with a big mirror with a bright light above it. The shower was shoking for me, the pressure of the water was amazing, no issue at all with the temperature or the facilities there and overall the bathroom was comfortable and clean. The ACs worked just fine and we were comfortable. The experience was great, I'm glad we picked that apartment. It was close to the beach as well. For the price I'm satisfied and we had a good time. Thank you!

Cons: Everything was great just some small details I've noticed, in the bedroom it will be good to have a light above the mirror, the pillows are not very soft, in the bathroom the water in the one sink needs a lot of time to go down and it will be good if you added a mat or a rug as well. Again those are small details, nothing that will make your experience less enjoyable, I'm overall very satisfied.

Pros: Very clean ! Friendly staff ! Apartment has everything whit you need ! Very big thanks to Nicolas, the manager! After we checked out, we left our phone behind, and he found it and brought it back to us. Our whole family is so grateful!

Pros: In points.. The location is very good just 5 minutes walk from green bay and 10 minutes from mimosa and the there is a bus station in front of the place if you like to use the bus to move around and a super market within a walking distance. The apartment is very clean spacious the kitchen is well equipped if you need to cook a qiuck meal at home, coffe machine, kittle and sandwich toaster . The real plus point is nikolas, he is an amazing host, responsive, helpful, and even if he is not there personally he is availabel through phone or whatsapo and really deserve a 5 star for his management and hospitality. Bottom line the place is very nice and an excellent value for money and will not hesitate for a second to book there again in my next visit.

Cons: The down point for me is that the bed mattress was a little soft for my preference which would not be a problem for other people and it did't actually affect my enjoyment of the place.

Pros: First of all, you have to know that Nicolas is the best host you will ever met. He is very kind, helpful, positive, friendly and he will make you feel like you are at your own home. Communication was perfect and easy. The apartment is just like at the photos and even better, it is clean, spaceful and has everything you need. You won't find better unit to stay in Protaras, definitely one of the best accomodations we have ever been at. I strongly recommend you to stay here!
