Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the villa in Cyprus- everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The hospitality was excellent as well: we were met at the airport and taken back for our departure, which made the trip much easier. A very pleasant experience, and I can definitely recommend this villa to other travelers.

Wonderful villa for families or friends excellent equipment
Pros: The host Wana and her husband are very helpful for any matter or ask. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are nice and spacious. We liked the pool and the garden, it is also very well equipped. She gave us towels for the sea and for the pool, Wana even bought us some beer and cold drinks ahead of our arrival, as well as coffee. We were a party of 8, four couples and she prepared everything so we had a wonderful time. The only downside is that the villa has only one shower, so for a large group it will take time and host water may not be enough if you take the shower at the same time. Other then this highly recommended.

Cons: At det sto at det var 2 bad. Det var det ikke. Kun 1.5. Det var også feil opplysninger om areal. Det sto at det var 235 kvm Det var kun 130.

Pros: 1) bardzo ugodowa Pani wynajmujaca. Wszystko bez problemu 2) lokalizacja - pomiedzy portem a plażą Nissi 3) bogate wyposazenie mieszkania.
Cons: W ofercie był transfer lotniskowy ale Pani miała urlop. Ale nie odejmuje nic z oceny ponieważ w te miejsce dwukrotnie poszła nam na rękę.

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros: Ein tolles Haus mit schönem Pool und herrlicher Dachterrasse. Es sieht so aus wie auf den Fotos! Toll! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet: Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine. Der Pool war toll, mit sechs Liegen und einem Hängesessel. Super Lage: nur 2 Minuten zur Hauptstraße (= Einkaufsstraße) und ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Michael und Wana sind total nett! Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt (und am Ende auch wieder hingebracht) und haben eine kleine Führung durch Ayia Napa bekommen und wurden sogar zum etwas entfernteren großen Supermarkt gebracht. Toller Service!!!
Cons: Nur als Anregung: Es sind 2 Badezimmer in der Beschreibung erwähnt, es ist aber tatsächlich nur ein Badezimmer (mit WC) und ein weiteres WC. Das sollte man vielleicht in der deutschen Beschreibung eindeutiger erklären, damit es keine Missverständnisse (oder Enttäuschung) gibt.

Great place and friendly owners, would definitely go back
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay, the villa is perfect for 6 people, it’s got everything you need, pool, nice terrace, bbq, kitchen… The owners were really nice, they picked us up from the airport and even had some drinks for us upon arrival. Location is great, 5 mins from the beach, 10 mins walk to the city and 15 mins to Nissi beach. Would definitely stay there again, the price was also very reasonable

Ayia Napa Nissini Wana Luxury Villa Review
Pros: The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They provided us with transport from and to the airport in Larnaka. Also, prepared a fridge full of drinks for us when we arrived. The Villa was extremely clean and well located, and the hosts also helped us with orientation and getting supplies (drinks and food). Fully recommend to anyone who wants a great stay in Ayia Napa, with friendly hosts and great location, close to every important attraction. 10/10!
