Stay in Style in Modern 3 Bedroom Villas Near Nissi Beach & Square

Pros: We had a blast here. Great location. Villa was nice, few things could be repaired or changed but there were only minor issues. Staff was very kind and friendly, definitely recommend this accomodation to everyone :-)

Pros: An absolutely incredible place to stay for the price paid and how many people the cost can be split between. Easy to access and come and go with three sets of keys. Owners did not mind that we were having fun and were quite lively.

Cons: It is a bit of a walk to anywhere that was open early in the day or busy at all at this time of year (November). Would have been nice if we had access to local tv channels even just to watch live sport.

Pros: Very good location within walking distance of restaurants and beaches. Well cleaned upon arrival. The kitchen has what you need to prepare breakfast and simpler lunches, but perhaps not a larger dinner. We had some questions upon arrival that were answered quickly by the hosts, for example the TV that wasn’t working, but that was fixed quickly. Otherwise, everything in the house worked during the week, and we had a pleasant stay.

Cons: Like all similar houses in Ayia Napa, it seems to be a “party house.” As a result, many small things in the house have small remarks. Our hosts were aware of this and explained that it is difficult to keep up with repairs since some guests are careless. The kitchen’s plates and glasses could use a review. Perhaps a few smaller lamps could be added to create a cozier atmosphere when it’s dark, such as bedside lamps. The bed mattresses were a little bit hard. A simple paper guide on how the air conditioning, washing machine, fuses, etc. work would be helpful so you don’t need to ask the hosts.

Pros: Very good location . 10 min walk to Nissi beach and 10 min walk to the centre. Villa was clean with very nice pool. Very fast and profesional response from the host and employe Iryna 🙂 Great value for the money

Cons: There should be some more equipment in the Villa especially in the kitchen.

Amazing, would stay again

Pros: Pool was clean, really good location, staff were really helpful and had amazing communication. Amenities were good

Cons: Bins are quite small not enough for 10 people, need an anti-slip mat when your coming in from the house from the pool. A brush and maybe some cleaning sprays would have been good to keep the house that bit more tidy.

An Amazing stay, and an amazing owner.

Pros: The villa was stunning, very close to everything and a minute walk from the beach and all of the shops/restaurants. The owner did everything he could to make our stay perfect, everything we needed and asked for was attended to. Couldn’t recommend this villa enough, and I will definitely be back again.

Cons: All door handles were loose and coming off.

Cons: The mattress in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. Noisy neighbours.

Pros: Super hyggeligt hus med en god pool udenfor:) Vi opholdte os ikke så meget inde i selve huset, da vi var 7 piger, men huset var stadig super fint. Super sød udlejer og rigtig god kommunikation👍

Cons: Køjesengene og dørene knirker lidt, men ikke noget der genererede os meget.
