Very nice and clean villa with good location. :)

Pros: The villa is on a great spot, only 1km walk to Ayia Napa square so great for friend groups who like to party. Fruit markets and supermarkets are very close since the Nissini Avenue is right there. It was very clean and homey. The villa was well equipped, plus points from the dishwasher and washing machine. The staff was very helpful and responsive, answered all of our questions. :)

Cons: The pool was located in the back of the villa, so the sun would only shine there later on the day and it was quite small. The water pressure on the shower wasn’t good. The villa would have electricity only when the key was at the wall. Had to buy toilet paper ourself.
