Lovely warm comfortable room. Excellent staff.

Pros: Very comfortable room , lovely bed and very clean . It was lovely and warm even though the weather outside was freezing. The staff were all very attentive and their customer service skills superb. We chose this hotel as it’s about 25 mins drive from the observatory.

Cons: The evening meal was just ok .

Pros: Beautiful hotel, modern, immaculate and in a great location for visiting the Troodos region. The restaurant is spacious and welcoming ( amazing log burner ). Breakfast very good and lunch/dinner menu exceptional value for money. The staff are very polite, friendly and professional

Comfortable, beautiful, cosy, a very pleasant experience.

Pros: First of all, the excellent customer service, everyone was very polite and accommodating, excellent room service, very comfortable and large bed, with extra pillows. Room was extremely clean, including all areas of the room. Scenic views which give a very cosy feeling overall. Food was delicious with decent portions and excellent flavours. Customer care at breakfast was also very good. Will definetely stay again, 100% recommend it.

Pros: The accommodation facilities are cosy and very clean. The breakfast is great and the staff are very professional and friendly. The location is excellent if you would like to explore the surrounding villages. Do try dinner at the restaurant, the food is amazing!
