Pros: Location is great. Close to city center, but quiet and calm. Terrace/balcony is very nice. It's so big that kids can play there.

A spacious apartment providing a comfortable base from which to explore Larnaca and surroundings.

Pros: Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Unfortunately we had to cut short our stay so never got to use the sunbeds, but it was well located so we did manage a little sightseeing and an afternoon on the beach. Communication with the host was excellent. I was initially worried about how to access the apartment, but the instructions were good and my queries were swiftly answered. Car parking was useful and there was plenty of space when we were there. It was easy to drive there as well.

Cons: The street outside is a little tatty but we chose the space and the terrace over the alternative of a sea view hotel with a tiny balcony.

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped – far beyond our expectations. There were socket adapters, suntan oil, and toys (our daughter enjoyed them very much). Everything was clean and smelled nice. The terrace was really spacious. Contact with the host was really nice.

Exceeds Expectations - Very Comforatable and Convient

Pros: Superb in all respects, great facilities, including BBQ, private parking, and a lift which is great for shopping and less mobile guests, would work well for extended stays

Cons: The bedroom could do with blackout blinds or shutters to allow for longer lie-ins

Pros: Einfach nur WOUW. Die Terasse ist unschlagbar. Eine sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Die Lage ist genial, einfach nur rundherum alles war spitze.

Je recommande ce logement

Pros: Bien situé, tranquille. très belle terrasse avec ombre ou soleil, à notre choix. À 10 minutes de la plage et d'une épicerie de grosseur raisonnable (Super Discount Store). La laveuse à linge fonctionne bien et il y avait du savon pour la laveuse. Quelques épices, sel, poivre étaient fournies, ce qui est très pratique.

Cons: L'absence de pression d'eau dans la douche, c'est difficile de réussir à se laver! Il pourrait y avoir un petit couteau d'office de plus pour cuisiner. La hotte de la cuisinière est très graisseuse et devrait être lavée. Nous n'avons jamais réussi à faire partir la climatisation dans la chambre. Nous n'avons pas demandé d'aide à notre hôte, nous avons juste laissé tomber, j'imagine que ce n'était pas un gros problème mais je le mentionne pour qu'il vérifie que la climatisation fonctionne vraiment. Merci Polivios, nous reviendrons!
