Pros: The location, the room, the view-everything was excellent. We had the dinner at the restaurant and it was superb! Our compliments to the chef!

Cons: The sauna was not hot enough, not even warm-55C. The coffee at breakfast was a total disappointment (the food was excellent, though)

Pleasant surprise Value for money

Pros: Pleasant surprise — Value for money. The location was ideal for a mountain getaway, and the hotel surroundings resembled an alpine chalet. The breakfast was very carefully prepared, and the staff truly loved their work. My friends and I thank you very much.

Pros: Excellent location. Friendly and super helpful staff. Kids were comfortable and happy exploring the premises.

Cons: Small communal reception area, with only a couple of tables and chairs, makes it difficult to choose to relax there if you wanted to. Bedrooms/bathrooms need hooks for towels, clothes. Beds need an extra pillow as the ones given are thin, and being a mountain location, more storage space (for bulky winter, and wet clothing) in the bedrooms would be great.
