Pernera Beach Hotel

Excellent location and staff on my A1

Pros: Rooms were good and well serviced. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Entertainment was good. Location was very good with boardwalk access to the beach. The two a la carte restaurants onsite were excellent and worth visiting. Some good local restaurants a short walk away.

Cons: Most other guests were all inclusive and staff were efficient in meeting their needs. We had some difficulty explaining that we were B&B and needed to pay at bar and could use restaurants without exchanging a voucher. Generally settled amicably but would suggest staff briefing on that rare animal: B&B client. Didn't detract from having an excellent time here.

Would visit every year!

Pros: The staff are awesome. We arrived 3 hours before check in and we had a warm welcome from the receptionists. An hour after arrival we received the all-inclusive bracelets and were able to eat. The room was ready an hour before check in, so we were able to enter the room earlier. The view was excellent and food was amazing. We couldn't stop eating. Also they took into account the infant allergies and prepared special food for the baby every day for each of the three meals. Noise isolation from outside is great.

Cons: Loud noises from the hall. Doors are not very well noise isolated and all noises from hall come through. The noises were from people moving and closing the doors, so not a problem at night. It was just a problem because the baby had to sleep during the day and it would wake the baby up sometimes.

Great stay

Pros: Great hotel, comfortable spacious rooms, food great, bar staff friendly. No issues with getting a sunbed, towels provided, would certainly return to this hotel, beaches small and quiet, just loved it

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice, help yourself. Location was ideal for our visit to Cyprus Rocks 2024 festival.

Pros: Good service from the reception staff who responded to the problem that existed In the beginning, he was attentive to every request, a really pleasant and beautiful place with good restaurants (a la carte). We took a separate room with a pool which was really excellent.

Pros: clean room with a wonderful view of the sea and the swimming pool, great food, nice service at the reception and restaurant, great omelettes for breakfast and delicious combo drinks 🍹🥃

Excellent Hotel

Pros: Location was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Although we weren't all inc, breakfast was excellent...buffet style.

Cons: Not a lot really, overall it was excellent value for money.

Cons: Alcohol selection wasn’t the best for an all inclusive - Prosecco not on all inclusive and some terrible tasting local spirits
