Perfect for going out of season with eneough to do.

Pros: Really clean and close to the beach and walking! Breakfast was a great selection with more than enough choice! Spa was great and pool areas! Rooms were clean and big enough with great views on the balcony.

At herbal hotel and spa

Pros: Stay at herbal hotel and spa for new year's eve 2025. Very welcoming staff, glass of champagne on arrival, this was a lovely touch, beautiful views from our room, 2 outdoor pools one indoor pool, dinning experience was a breeze, we had champagne and fruit in our room, massive bed and the room was amazing, including a fridge and coffee machine and a separate kettle, overall we were made to feel very special. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely go back.

Staff made are stay

Pros: The view from the hotel are amazing this is a must try hotel but pricey in season but the amenities make up for it

Pros: Everything. Location a bit far from shops but still walkable. Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Loved every moment. Cyprus is not my favorite place but will go back just to stay at this hotel. Loved every moment ❤️

It was quiet and relaxing

Pros: The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, but it was unfortunate than none were speaking any Greek. The amenities and spa were great

Cons: The bathroom could be more clean than it was, especially the faucet above the sink, you could notice the black mold

Perfect value for money

Pros: Very near to the sea and to the beautiful walking path towards the center of Protaras. We were given the upgraded room with sea view, and it was just perfect. I was also realy pleased to find in my room a bottle of sparkling wine on ice and some fruits as a welcome. Great indoor pool with really heated water, it was very comfortable in late November. Very good breakfast with choice of food that I couldn't find in more expencive hotels in Cyprus. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Cons: It was 17-18 of November, end of season, and I suppose for that reason some facilities didn't work (like pool bar). Actually I don't even want to look for smth bad, because the overall stay was very relaxing and perfect value for money

Wonderful stay

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the sea and the tall palm trees — truly unforgettable. The restaurant deserves special praise as well: the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I also really enjoyed the clean and cozy sauna, as well as the large swimming pool, which made my stay even more relaxing. A special thank you goes to Julia at the reception. Her warm hospitality and attentive service made my visit exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, beauty, and great service.

Pros: We had truly wonderful stay at the At Herbal Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable - we felt this in every interaction. The room was beautiful and welcoming - it even felt like we received an upgrade, with a complimentary fruits and bottle of wine waiting for us. It was a very thoughtful touch.

Cons: Only aspect that didn't quite match the hotel's otherwise high standards was the breakfast. We missed vegetables, and some of the buffet items seemed a bit dried out. A waffle maker would be great addition, and it would be better to keep the butter on ice so it stays fresh. Perhaps including some positions like potato crackers would also elevate the breakfast experience. Knowing how attentive the hotel's management is to their guests, I'm sure these small details will be improved.
