very family friendly and accommodating

Pros: Splash park for kids is fantastic but water was very cold in October. Love the wide range of food and the kids enjoyed the daily mini disco and face painting. The lady who does this for the kids really won over all the little ones and was the real star of the hotel staff

Pros: The hotel,grounds and rooms were kept spotlessly clean,the staff are very friendly, we stayed all inclusive and the food was really really good with lots of choices . The rooms are a great size and extremely comfortable. Location is great being a short drive or comfortable walk to the protaras strip and beaches and also the hotel provides a shuttle bus which is great. We will definitely stay here again. 10/10 for everything from us

Definitely they have to change some things, but in general it was nice. :)

Pros: The room was absolutely kid-friendly. Even with 1.5 yrs old twins.

Cons: Play room was very poor. Dark, small room with not so much toys. Not for toddlers. Animators tried their best, so this part was okay. :) Food: cakes are the same on every night.. and unfortunately not good. :( There is no option to refill our water bottles. No option to order at lunch or dinner a big bottle of water. So we had to order all the time 6 glas of water. 😅 During the day we really missed the water refill option.. AC in the common areas was very cold. 🥶🥶 Not just us, but many other people were coughing. We got cold. 🥶

A modern hotel with spacious rooms & great food.

Pros: The room was modern, spacious with great shower & large smart tv with internet access. It was very clean & tidy as well as comfortable. The buffets had a wide variety of salads & main foods to satisfy everyone's taste, including various choices for the kids. The staff were always kind & eager to help.

Cons: The showers in the pool area were out of sight & not convenient, therefore nobody showered before entering the pool. According to my opinion, perhaps there should be 2 showers at each end of the pool, within easy reach, to encourage guests to use them. Also there was only 1 toilet for men for the whole pool area. that is clearly not enough.

Nice hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location, good variety of food, nice clean and modern rooms

Cons: No parking outside of hotel, miserable bar staff, too many ignorant Russians

Clean, good meals, recommended for families with kids, helpful staff

Pros: Rooms are clean, location is good, highly recommended for couples with kids. Size of the room is very good. Waterpark is good fun for both kids and adults. 'All inclusive' package is worth the price.

Cons: Pool is a bit crowded but it's not a big deal. No barrier for the water at the bathroom, so water was at all over the place. All room becomes slipery.

excellent staff

Pros: all staff was very friendly and helpfull, we went a bit earlier as another accommodation cancelled our booking last minute and they sorted out the rooms before checkin which we greatly appreciated. everything was super clean and the rooms were nice and spacious

Wonderful

Pros: Amazing food. The waterpark was great. The kids really enjoyed it. The beds and the bedrooms were really comfortable.

Cons: When the waiters were getting angry with the customers they were talking really loud and we could listen everything!

Pros: Room was clean, food was good, service was excellent, staff were polite and welcoming, always helpful.

Cons: Pool was abit small for the number of residents.
