Pros: A perfect hotel for a family vacation with children. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the food is outstanding – we stayed on an all-inclusive basis and it’s truly hard to say which meal was best, although I would personally highlight the dinner. We stayed with a small child and, honestly, we don’t have a single complaint. From the very arrival, the welcome at the reception was warm and professional, and the staff were exceptionally kind – from housekeeping to the teams in the restaurants and bars. The service is at the highest level, everything works flawlessly and with a smile. The hotel is located right on the promenade, directly by the sea, so it’s almost unnecessary to comment on the perfect location. An ideal place for relaxation and enjoyment, especially for families looking for peace, comfort, and top-quality service. Rating: 10/10 – we would gladly return!

Pros: Staff, food, its comfort for a family with small child. Waiters at the restaurant and everybody at the pool bar make you feel happy with their smiles. The rooms are like studio apartments so that is a huge plus. All the facility and rooms are spotlessly clean. Delicious food and enough options for everybody.

Cons: It definitely needs renovation especially the floors,toilets and beds(two single beds are put together-not the most comfortable option). Although everything is clean, that old-fashioned vibe can change the whole image of this great hotel.

Pros: Location good, staff very attentive apart from the manager in the bar:restaurant area he should just let the staff do their job, as they do it exceptionally. Very clean Food was good plenty of choice. Dining area bits at times and eating area the same for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room a little dated but plenty of room and storage.

Cons: If you don’t want to listen to the entertainment there wasn’t really anywhere else to sit, apart for the reception area. It would be good if there was a place to have a few drink in peace and quiet.

Pros: A friendly and helpful team. We took 3 rooms. All 3 of us had rooms in the same building. The food was delicious and sufficient. There were different activities throughout the day in the hotel. Havva, the receptionist, was very helpful and polite. We would also like to thank her.

Cons: The rooms are a bit old and need to be renovated. Extra beds could be a bit more comfortable. Despite being old, they were very clean.
