Relaxing, well services, perfect surroundings

Pros: Liked everything, the food was good, service perfect, the hotel was well maintained and best of all was the staff they were so welcoming and our wishes in the best possible way. It has truly been the best place we have ever stayed on holiday and can highly recommend the hotel and its staff.

Cons: That we couldn´t stay longer - but that is our own fault :-)

Great staff.

Pros: All the staff were great. Even the cleaners were very friendly and greeted me in the mornings. All staff seemed happy which i think shows they have a good work environment and are treated well by higher ups, which is a good thing.

Cons: Pool was cold. Drink was abit expensive.

Good location away from the noise of the Aya Napa Strip

Pros: Location was excellent, just a few minutes to the beach and a couple of small supermarkets up the road, turn left outside hotel and walk for 5 minutes. Car parking availability in November was ok and we always found a space.

Cons: Sometimes the food in the restaurant for evening meal was lukewarm, we always found something we liked, but food could have been hotter

Pros: Very nice restaurant with breakfast and dinner with many and varied dishes. Spacious and modern room. Wonderful see view from the balcony.

Cons: You must have more informations to the corridors about the way you go to the pools, the changing room and to the exits

Pros: I visited early Nov 2025, and at this time of the year, it was calm and serene. The ambience was nice, the beach was easily accessible, the breakfast buffet was very well stocked, and the pools were nice and clean. Would definitely love to revisit.

Pros: Comfortable and stylish rooms, rich breakfast and dinner. Located near good sandy beach, own parking. Swift internet.

Cons: I suppose that water at the dinner would be free (not alcohol or coffee). Waiter ask the room number and you can pay now or with check out. And at the breakfast manager ask us where we were sitting yesterday and what we ordered to drink. Seems weird. Light panel near the bed is always on, even at night mode.
