I hope to return to the Napa Mermaid Hotel as soon as possible.

Pros: It was a fantastic time. The hotel was nice and clean 👌. We enjoyed a very good breakfast 😋 and the atmosphere of the hotel it was so good and calm.

Excellent place

Pros: The hotel was absolutely perfect. Both the exterior and interior were beautiful, and the room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the window was breathtaking. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

Short vacation stay after high season.

Pros: I had the room upgraded to higher standard, which had additional space with sofa for guests and big balcony with front side view to the pool and sea. Breakfasts were really good, with big variety of choice. All the arrangements around pool, restaurant and decorations created very nice and attractive style.

Cons: Indoor pool could have better jacuzzi facilities, with warmer water and hydro-massage options.

Fantastic few days, wonderful hotel and location. Just perfect out of season break

Pros: Fabulous location, walk to the beach and walks along the cliffs. V near sculpture park. Out of season, which was just perfect. Hotel was wonderful, very clean, welcoming. Lovely pool, fantastic breakfast. Nice bars with beautiful music each evening. And the sun was shining. Wonderful

Winter sun diamond. Wonderful hotel, staff and area.

Pros: The hotel, including the rooms, restaurants and staff were perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was fresh, well prepared and the staff handled our allergy requirements amazingly. All the staff were kind, considerate, friendly, and were happy to do anything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect. The nearby beach is beautiful with lots of space and clear water. The evening entertainment was also varied and tasteful!

Cons: The spa was the only inconsistent part of the experience. It is run separately to the hotel and this is evident. It was often not open during the hours it was supposed to be, the pool and jacuzzis were dirty, even turning our clothes yellow/green. The sauna and steam room were often just turned off, left open or were just not operational with no spa staff around to turn them back on. The spa would have been a really beautiful addition to the stay but it is just not run well. The treatments are also not as thorough as advertised. A deep tissue massage that was advertised was not what I would classify as such and the attendant did not want to increase any pressure when asked, it was also quite expensive.
