A nice hotel on the beautiful beach, for a relaxed and quiet vacation, with very good cuisine.
Pros: Beautiful beach. I hotel for a relaxed and quiet vacation. Very good cuisine and proximity from the airport and city centre. Stable internet in the hotel.
Cons: The rooms are rather small for a family of 4. Poor internet coverage on the seaside.

Pros: We would especially like to thank Katerina at the reception for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at all times. Our compliments also go to the waiters in the main restaurant, who were always friendly, attentive, and professional, as well as to the housekeeping staff, who did an excellent and thorough job every day.
Cons: If we could make one small suggestion — it would be perfect if you offered Coca-Cola instead of Pepsi 😊

Pros: Beach was surprisingly nice, additionally its very close to the hotel so it makes it very convenient to use both pools and beaches. Meals were also nice; there was quite a large variety of food during each meal, and on top of that there are different dinner themes each day. There were additional perks like substituting lunch and dinner that was quite nice. Rooms were large and comfortable.
Cons: Elevator was always busy and slow. They could do better job with water, it's available on water dispensers, but there are only in a few places.

Great place to spend your holidays
Pros: The hotel is very nice. Staff is friendly, everything is clean. We liked the location - close to everything. Also, the hotel is located in front of the beach, so you can swim either in the pool or go 5 min to the sea and combine it. The beach was very nice too, the sea was very clean and the beach was calm. We also enjoyed pool area for adults only as it was very calm and relaxing there. Overall, recommend it to stay :)

Great hotel on the beach
Pros: I spent my birthday there, right after I got married to my husband and the staff was nice enough to surprises us for every occasion! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was amazing! The AC worked great and it was necessary in September. It is on the beach (below the public beach so not really just neat the sea, for the close-to-the-sea spots you have to pay to the municipality- 7€ for 2 au beds and umbrella. It is also close to restaurants, pubs and other popular areas.
Cons: A carpet on the floor and some ventilation in the bathroom would have brought the room close to perfection, as the floor gets really cold and the bathroom has no window (or at least mine didn’t have). Maybe also a mini-bar would have been helpful.

Pros: Location is excellent. To harbour by beach 7 minutes walk. Bus stop in front of the hotel and you can get from there to all main destinations for 2 euro. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent pool and beach. Breakfast good. Staff prepared for us snacks as we had early check in and could not eat breakfast. Thank you for good holiday
Cons: Our room was facing street and hotel entrance and almost everyday buses were transferring people to the hotel and it caused the noise. We do not like air conditioner and had to open balcony door so we heared every bus approaching the hotel. Also every day from 5 PM there was an awful smell in the whole street.

Pros: The friendliest and the greatest place to stay in ayia napa! Everything was perfect. the food is delicious and various, the room is clean and comfortable, entertainment is great (thank you Gisella, Alexander and the rest of you guys for all the fun!), receptionists are friendly and helpful, wonderful heart warming staff around the clock (thank you so much Bahr from the main bar for your big heart, smile and service), pools and beach are brilliant. We had a blast. Can't wait to come back again.

Pros: We were there last year. It was our first choice for this year. We were satisfied with the hotel facilities, food, swimming pools, beautiful beach nearby, walking distance to the center, 40 minutes to the airport.
Cons: Weak animators. Lifeguards didn ´t check compliance with the rules at the pool (smoking, dangers jumping)
