Heart Of Nicosia - The Gem

Very comfortable and great location.

Pros: Amazing place. Great location. Immaculately clean. Perfect instructions. Very comfortable. Good value. Will be top of the list for a return stay.

Great

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They communicated everything clearly and regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Their kindness truly stood out—they even gave our son a beautifully knitted octopus toy, which he loved. We felt very welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Cons: Everything was fine

We really enjoyed the terrace, but the toilet malfunctioned (before we arrived) which made our stay a bit unpleasent

Pros: The terrace was really nice and the apartment was well equipped. However, the toilet malfunctioned before we arrived (there was a cloth placed near it to absorb the running water), which made the stay quite unpleasent. The owner was friendly and offered to bring a plumber when I told her the issue, but what bothered me was that there was definitely a problem with it before we arrived and it wasn’t taken care of (the cloth placed there made us think the owner knew about it).

Pros: The location is perfect as it is just next to the intercity bus station. The scenery you can see from the apartment is also amazing. The terrace on the top is definitely a huge plus.

Cons: The lighting in the apartment: The living room has only white ceiling lights. There is a small decorative lamp on battery, but it was way too dim. The white bright ceiling light makes the cute interior cold and unwelcoming. A brighter, warmer-coloured lamp would be helpful.

Truely a Gem

Pros: The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and with love to detail. The rooftop was amazing.

excellent!!!

Pros: Very close to old town and to excellent restaurants and bars. Also walkable distance to the town hall where we had to attend a wedding which was a big plus.

Cons: Stairs make it hard to carry luggage but this for me wasnt a huge inconvenience.
