Really nice apartment with beautiful sea view

Pros: The location was fantastic, with beautiful views. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and the hosts were very attentive. We had a really great stay.

Cons: Just a small suggestion: the towels had clearly been well-used over time, so a small refresh would make the stay even nicer.

Cons: Only thing was finding at midnight the signage is different to the picture with no lighting so took us a while to find entrance.

Pros: The apartment was clean & comfortable & location was fantastic. The view of Larnaca Beach from the balcony was beautiful. It was in a very tourist area & all was within walking distance.

Cons: The small streets of Larnaca are currently undergoing repairs, and with numerous construction sites around, it was quite difficult to locate the car park. Many streets were closed, and unfortunately, Google Maps was not helpful in navigating the area. Please note that access to the car park is currently through the exit, as the usual entrance is under repair. While we understand that this situation is beyond the apartment owner's control, it did cause us some concern.

Fabulous Find!

Pros: This is a terrific apartment that more than suited our needs for a week. We travelled as a family of 3, with a 15 year old. The apartment is fantastically spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and ample towels and linen. It is perfectly located to access the beach- of course!- as well as a number of excellent restaurants. You really are spoiled for choice! Would definitely consider re-booking. Communication with booking was EXCELLENT- they should be commended for putting up with my numerous questions!!

Pros: hello everyone. I have finished my stay at this location, I can tell you that I recommend it with all my heart. first of all the location, it's great to wake up and have the sea in front of you. the apartment is very very clean, it doesn't lack anything, the beds are very comfortable. I can say one of the best accommodations. the host is very helpful. you receive all the details on whats app before coming, and she keeps you updated on everything. we even had a problem with the taxi that brought us to the location, it cost us more than it was agreed, and the host offered to cover the difference. believe me it's worth every euro and I would definitely come back here. you won't regret it!

Pros: Interesting place to stay . Just a few meters away from sea and in the middle on restaurant and coffee shops . Don't hesitate make a booking . And also there is a parking place available

Pros: Location, location, location - could not get any better location in Larnaca. All attractions are accessible on foot, the bus from the airport is literally in front of the property, shops, farmers market, bars and restaurants, places of interest, port, all within walking distance. Beach-just cross the road The apartment itself was well equipped, enough for a short and longer stay. Cosy decor and comfy beds. Fantastic sea view from the balcony. The host was taking great care of us, allowing us to check in earlier, good contact via messages through the stay making sure all was ok, super fast responses. Nice touch of hotel guest slippers and shower gel/shampoo

Cons: Nothing to do directly with the apartment itself/out of control of the host: Weekends could be noisy but good earplugs will sort it out. Possible but not constant smell of cooked food from establishments on the street level A couple of pigeons on the balcony made some mess, I had to clean some excrements daily to be able to use the balcony Cleaning could improve but in my case I requested an earlier check in so few things could have been rushed and missed Lack of cleaning products All these things I listed did not spoil our stay as the apartment was great, and if ever again visiting Larnaca I would not hesitate contacting the host to book it again. The promenade and sea view compensate it all.

Great property in great location

Pros: Communication was excellent both before arrival and during our stay with speedy responses and helpful information. Location is perfect for restaurants, bars and the beach.

Cons: The clubs next to McDonalds can be quite noisy at the weekends so I would bring earplugs for those nights.

A good sized apartment in a top spot that had everything we needed.

Pros: Great location, apartment was a good size and well equipped. Free car parking was a bonus. Loved we could walk across the road for a swim!

Cons: Towel rails in bathroom kept falling off wall and no power outlet in bathroom
