Palm Sea Suite 17

Pros: The host is polite and available to assist at any time! The apartment's location is excellent – just a few meters from the seaside promenade, restaurants, and the main bus stop to nearby towns. A quiet and peaceful place. It has all the basic amenities.

Pros: Great location. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with the necessary appliances. It would be nice if there was a microwave. Very attentive staff. During our stay there (11 days) they sent a cleaner 3 times (thanks to the staff for that)

Cons: I didn't like the balcony, it can be considered that the apartment doesn't have a balcony, because you can't use it for anything. I'm not satisfied with the cleaner, because she just took out the trash and didn't clean the apartment well.

Pros: The apt. is just greate. It is set almost on the beach, in center of Larnaca. Andreas is greate host. Everything in apt. is like on the pictures. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, livingroom and the kitchen. I strongly recomend this apt for family. Regards..

Cons: /

Everything was perfect.

Pros: Very close to the Finikoudes beach. Great apartment, you have everything you need. The host, Andreas, is always kind and helpful. Even though the apartment is in the center of Larnaka, my baby slept well. 🐣

Cons: it would be great if it had a more functional terrace, but given the many good things and the proximity to the beach and the center, that's not a problem.

Pros: The whole apartment was very well furnished, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the showers were nice. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, near the bus station, the beach and the restaurants on the shore.

Cons: The toilet bowl was moving and leaking a bit.

Pros: Location is absolutely spot on! Right by Finikoudes beach and close to the shops as well! Perfect as a base for exploring Larnaca town or going to the beach. Very easy with children so you don't have to carry beach items far. Apartment is clean and modern with good facilities such as the wet room in bedroom.

Pros: Very pleased with the apartments! Clean, cozy, spacious! Thanks to the owners for our comfortable stay)

Greta location, very comfortable apartment with nearly everything you need!

Pros: Location was perfect, host was very helpful. Included toilet roll, a bottle of water and soaps/cleaning things all well stocked.

Cons: The Water pressure for the shower was weak and no washing machine. balcony was facing inside of building.

Perfect place in the center of Larnaka, host very helpful with all our needs.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The host was extremely nice and cooperative to arrange for every need we had.

Pros: The host Andreas is very helpful! The apartment is Brand new!

Cons: Outside of the windows of the apartment is not very nice, but the host said he will fix it!
